i love the flexibility that this app gives me to more easily customize specific pages and awesome customer service! i had multiple technical questions about how to implement certain features and tina was incredibly helpful and quick to respond!

It was incredibly user-friendly and reasonably priced at the beginning. However, some troublesome issues have arisen now. Here are the pros and cons of my personal experience for your reference: There is a limitation on the number of products on the landing page. There is a noticeable color discrepancy issue after uploading images. While it can be resolved by uploading them to the Shopify folder and then placing them on the GemPage page, it's relatively inconvenient. I have been using it for many years, and switching would be difficult. I recommend that new users refrain from joining until the above-mentioned issues are resolved by the official team. The customer service team is responsive and attentive, but the issues are related to the company's product

The customer support is amazing. I had a question about downgrading and instead of downgrading to a previous version not only did they fix the issue and show me a solution. They did it for me so I can go in and copy and paste any needed info.

their support is spectacular, they always seem to have a workaround no matter what my problem is. i have been using gempages for over a year now on various accounts and have never had a problem that their support couldn't fix.

Customer service is always ready to help! Using this program is effortless; if you have any difficulties, it will be solved in minutes!

This app is amazing! Half of my website is built with Gempages and it is easy to use and SEO friendly. My website will not be this attrative without Gempages. The customer service is always great and I always have quick assistance when I need too. Thank you so much!

The Software is really powerful. With some practice you can replicate or design anything that comes to your mind really. Also the support has been 11/10. EXCEPTIONALLY OUTSTANDING. I recommend it to anyone

This app is populated with some awesome features and widgets that make our pages look great. Any issues that you have with the app are quickly fixed by Chris who has amazing customer service skills. The app allows you to quickly and easily create beautiful pages with rows and columns which can be populated with sliders, images, products, parallax backgrounds etc. My home page was created with this app and I absolutely love it! Support is none existent, you cant even pay someone to help such a shame i spent so much time building a site but the last part i had to change to pagefly..
