Hi guys, This app i m familiar with for wordpress easy to use and install. The transaltion is good when the text is simple. However after i installed this app my Google Maps disipeared ( it was working). I looked up every this made new app restricted nothing helped. Console was also not giving errors. I deleted the app also in theme.liquid the include tag and voila the maps is working again. I m not sure what was causing this but certainly it was Gtranslate.

I checked almost all translate apps on the shopify and I think that GTranslate is one of the best ! The most important: GTranslate works, dont damage the HTML store code, like many other applications. Very good support f.ex. Ripa, Ella and Lillt they are very helpful ! ! !

The translation works really good. Excellent support service provided by Ripa. I highly recommend this app. I needed help a second time and Ella has been such useful and exceptional.

Added the app this morning and had to contact their support for two technical issues. Had the pleasure of dealing with Ripas and Borya which were quick an efficient in helping me. Couldn't ask for better support!!

First of all, i would like to let you know that I have spend a lot of time, to search for the right translation app, some of them was okay and some of the apps was worse and the support as well. How did I find this translation app? I have search for a menu (collection) app for my store, and when I try to translate the menu to Thai Language (with another translation app) it doesn't works, finally I have contact the app builder for my menu and they told me that their apps works with 2 apps only (one of this app) is GTranslate. However, G-Translate looks at the beginning really easy, but a littlebit complex for beginners, but this should not be a problem, I have contact the customer service from GTranslate immediately and I got a really good and fast support by Susie. Susie has assist me with the setups on the first day. After this was done, I did some other works on the shop and did not replied to Susie's last questions earlier. However, today I have contact Susie again and Susie send a clear instruction, (easy for beginners like me). For the Support from Susie, I would like to give 10 Stars of 10 stars if available. For the App ( 4.5 of 5) Star. Could be a little bit more user friendly, but its okay if the developer cant do this, at least they have a great support. Overall, I recommend to purchase this product. Please Note: From English to Thai, I do not recommend to use the automatic translation, cause 80% percent of the translation are wrong.

What can I Say? This is an absolutely fantastic app and with amazing service - the installation is straightforward and the support was second to none - first class! I had some questions with regards integration with some of our third party apps - these were solved so quickly by Suzan, Tigran and Lilit and we now have all the functionality we could want. They were so friendly and got what we needed done without any fuss. Thanks so much - We look forward to working with you further!

This is undoubtelly the best app to translate your website! It was inmediately and my website is now available in 4 languages.

I had some questions today and everything was answered by Ella. I had communication problems because I am a beginner and do not speak English well, but Ella was patient with me and understood me. exactly what a support should do from a translation app :) The best translation app, best price and best support I've seen. Rippa helped me for the first time, then Lilitt and Ani helped me with my second page. They do a really good job Ripa Lilitt and Ani helped me a lot, she did installation and placed Icon Popup. Very good SEO optimization and many functions this app offers. Other apps require a lot of money for little support and you pay extra for multiple translations and page views per month. So you quickly pay over $ 200 a month. At GT Translate you pay a lot less. I can really only recommend this app

I really love how this app has a wide variety of languages to support my customers when they visit my store. Ripa was so helpful she was efficient and had great customer service. I was unable to position my language selector next to the cart and in less than 3 minutes Ripa fixed my problem. So happy! Thank you So Much!
