Ella is really helpful, i had a lot of questions and problems but she answered speedily. I am happy with the customer service from her. translation immediately is really powerful and shorten the time of manual translate. Will test it more and hopefully will be able to launch different languages soon in our web store.

Haven't used it long, but first impression seems to be really decent. Customer support is also responds pretty fast - Ella made sure that everything's in order. :)

Must say that they have incredible customer support. I made a small mistake by myself in the coding and started to panic, but Suzan from customer support responded immediately, and solved my problem in under 2 minutes. Thank you very much!

I really like the app but unfortunately I cannot use it because no matter what option I select, the widget covers items on the screen that needs to be seen. This happens on both the mobile and desktop versions of my site. I would recommend an option that pushes the widget to the far right corner or far left corner to the top or even bottom, instead of having it inches away from the page edge, bring it closer to the edge.

The beta pop up is great, just one slight issue. when using it from a mobile device it opens up wider than the screen with, which prevents you from seeing the other language. It might be better to keep it as a simple scroll like the top other options.

Ella, Suzan, Sergey and Lilit did a fantastic job. Very quick response and amazing effectiveness. You feel yourself very well guided in that "tricky" translation-tool.

The Gtranslate app has a lot of features but it is a little bit difficult to understand how to set it up if you are not so good with IT. Luckily they have a very good technical support online, I was chatting with Lilit and she helped me with everything I needed, even doing some customisation for me... very glad I found someone to help me, THANKS!

It is a bit expensive but my experience is really good. Suzan installed the language selector in the header page, great support from her side!

Great customer service, Ella was of great help - solved all of our problems within 10 minutes and was very patient.

Hi i used this app to translate my page in to thai. The support team were really helpful when i had some issues. Borya in particular was very nice, he redesigned my widget to match my store design. I was very happy with that. Susie also helped me a few times. they were all very great. thanks for your help. Susie and Suzan helped me again a second time.
