I was talking to Borya and he went above and beyond and provided the utmost professional service and solved all my issues. He went as far as to access my web page himself and edited what needed to be edited to fix my issue I was having. I was beyond satisfied with his service and the app itself. So far so good. The translation is great. Foreign language sites look good. We are using their 'language hosting'. I think its excellent. Our first one looks nice. And their customer service reps are online for fast service. I think this is a great way to branch out into new markets. Because of the gtranslate app, we have successfully established new sellers in several foreign countries. Shout out and big thanks to Ella who helped us get setup correctly! Update august 24, 2020 I am still in the installation phase. just rolled the product out with my first site for poland, using the language hosting portion. I like it. the polish man said that the translation. while certainly needing some changes, was good and he was happy with it. I also needed to adjust the code in the widget so I jumped on chat with gtranslate and they were there. they answered quickly and helped me edit the code to make things work properly. It was a person named Borya. Excellent service thank you!

Customer service is wonderful and responds quickly. Especially, Lilit was great! Helped me out throughout the set up process excellently.

I have tried using other apps for translating the store , but this store was the best by far. Its so easy to edit when you learn how to use the app . Susie from customer service helped me get the hang of the app.

I tried that app on my shop, sorry it doesn't work good. So, Lilit Agent was nice and good advice for me. unfortunatly I can't run with it.

This app does not translate well. It changed the word Förebyggande which stands for prevention to the word contraceptive in finnish. Laughable

I am sorry I had to say that I have problems with the final price of the products when they change the language. This is very annoying and very scary for my customers as they see a price of £7.99 coming up to £799,00. I have to delete the app as it is scary for my customers.

App looks great, translated website into several different languages. The setup was seamless as we requested the help of the Customer Service team. We were lucky to have Lilit help us with the setup and all questions we had. Great support from Lilit - thanks again.

Tried it for first and had problems at settin up. I got fast support and they helped me out in few mins perfect communication/support, especially ELLA :)

WARNING!!! NO EXPORT FUNCTION AVAILABLE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO CONTINUE USING THIS APP! They steal your translations and keep it! Use other APPs! The answer of the APP developer (export possible) is obsolete. Support of GTranslate answered that there is NO export function. This APP is dangerous. Even support doesn't know important things. We recorded the conversation for proof. Take care! Shopify customers are tricked by the payment possibilites. You have to pay MONTHLY the higher rate even there would be a possibilty to pay YEARLY through the Shopify system. Not fair! Other Apps offer better prices with yearly payment. Customer service is not like we are used to (if the company gives wrong information on their pricing page, they have to give better price, it was their mistake!). Reply to reply of developer: Please inform Shopify customers CORRECT on your PRICING page and inside your Q&A. I stated this to you already - but you didn't care about that - so you want to mislead Shopify customers again. How awful! UPDATE: Server overload by GTranslate. Our sites were not reachable! Not very serious service. Hopefully better. Look for other Apps ... there are sure better ones.
