UPDATE August 13, 2020: One week later and Ella still didn't fix the problem. However, the Deputy CEO emailed me and said he'll get someone else today to assist me. He gave me Suzan. It took Suzan 20 MINUTES TO FIX THE ISSUE TODAY. I'm happy with Suzan's help. The problem is finally fixed thanks to Suzan. If you ever need support, don't ask for Ella. Ella said it takes her hours of her life to fix the problem whereas Suzan fixed it in 20 minutes! Ask for Suzan! Thank you! Original review August 6, 2020: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE REP IGNORES YOUR REQUEST FOR SUPPORT AND LIES TO YOU. I used this app to help me translate my website. I did not like how the widget blocked words on my website so I reached out to ELLA from GTranslate for support. I chatted with Ella and asked her to fix the problem. She ignored my request for assistance. So I reached out again for help. Ella THEN responded to me and asked for my permission to collaborate. I gave her access and waited. One hour goes by, NOTHING. 3 HOURS GO BY AND NOTHING WAS DONE. I asked her what is taking so long. She said she's fixing it and I should just keep waiting. So I logged into my shopify dashboard settings and looked at the activity log for the collaborator account. THERE HAD BEEN NO ACTIVITY SINCE 11:30AM. It was 5:30PM. So THE WHOLE DAY, ELLA WAS LYING AND LEADING ME TO THINK THAT SHE WAS FIXING IT BUT SHE DID'NT DO ANYTHING. THE WIDGET IS STILL BLOCKING WORDS ON MY SITE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! RUN AWAY FROM THIS APP!

The app is very useful to if you want to sell in more than one market. I came across a translation problem and used the live chat. The response took like 4 minutes. I talked with an agent called Lilit she was very helpful and professional.

Susie was literally fantastic, I was having problems adding the DNS all day on the weekend but they are closed for support on sunday. As I was entering 100+ languages, we fixed an issue where i was entering my domain name on top of the foreign language initial. Once that was fixed it was smooth sailing. She even went to my website and found an error with the currency converter being affected by Gtranslate and was able to fix the issue through her side. Amazing customer service and I wish her the best!

Such an awesome product without restrictions. We were using another app that has the limitation of converted words but this one is unlimited. Customer service excellent :)

I have a free version, and I wanted to know that my website doesn't translate automatically to my browser's language, I have tested this while my default site language is English & my browsers language is Hebrew. and my site can't translate the current page from English to Hebrew when my browser's language is Hebrew.

I just installed the app and had to move the button further up, the support from Ripa was great. It's rare that you get this kind of support... Thank you. The app itself seems to be working fine as well.

Even though they were validating the tool in a free version, they were super attentive. We will certainly subscribe to paid content. I was attended by the Support Borya, where I give a personal thanks.

After long research and so much mixed information available around. I did a test run with G translate, on a PAID plan, avoid the FREE plan (NOT worth it at all) PROS: - Costumer support, super effective and sorted out fast everything i threw at them. - Easy to setup, if you have some basic internet know-how. - Editing with in-context edit, actually was surprisingly easy and intuitive. CONS: - BIGGEST FLAW in my case, i was trying to translate the page from english to my native language Portuguese, from PORTUGAL, and most translations come in Brazilian... Huge set-back.... and NO, its not the same language!!! - First time everything looked and worked flawlessly, although second day on editing i started having issues where the translated domain only translated parts of the site. - Re-Captcha error it kept oin thinking i was a robot so it made impossible for costumers to create an account!!!!!! i was told by the support i coulnt do anything other than trying for the google developers to bypass the captcha... THAT SOUNDS HARD TO SORT OUT (i didn't even try to be honest) - Noticed that some of my edits were overwrite by the auto translate function after i manually edited it (at least thats how i think it kept changing for) VERY IMPORTANT!!!!! Do a backup of your theme before installing in order to avoid the app "left-over" code in it! in case you change your mind. I do recommend the app if you have website with simple text to edit and not many pages and sub directories and so on... I only used the app for 2 days, and i don't think it was worth to keep on trying to make this work as I'm not on the "time-wasting plan" and i want to things to work exactly how they are intended to when i want, or don't at all... Hope this review help others as myself, are on the chase for a working and trusted translating app! Good luck!

Great app with all the functionality and awesome support from Susie. She patently integrated the app in site to our requirement. App out of the box is great and will work with most of the site, we had very specific design requirements and which were met beautifully by Susie.

Sergey did a great job - thank you very much! Sergey was very responsive and fixed my problem, which required complicated coding. I am very impressed.

no it does only translat some words, so my webshop looks like crap and very un pro when using it, so its back and hit delete button

I used this app to translate my Shop into english. There were some minor translation issues with third party plugins which were resolved immediately by Sergey. Keep up the great work! EDIT: I forgot to mention that all the support I received was during the trial phase, which is incredible.

Used the application to translate my shop in several languages, overall works good, edit is required though. Technical support is amazing, Ripa helped me to fix an issue within several minutes!

I have just setup the basic package and encountered quite number of issues. The online CS support is super! The representative, Ripa, is very professional can clear all my doubts and questions at once.

Translations are not very accurate, it just gives a general idea of what the text actually means. And it doesn't give you the flexibility to make any changes to the translations. But the drop down menu looks very nice. When I had an inquiry about a placement problem with the dropdown Ripa and Ella were extremely helpful in making the adjustment.
