Worst translation app ever! I highly recommend do not install this app. There are bugs and issues everywhere. I will name a few: *Translations keep changing randomly even if auto-translate is turned off. *Translations don't save. *You need to know HTML tags/coding when changing translations *Translates are horribly wrong and nonsense (for example "blog" is translated to "timewebing" in my language. Twitter is translated to "Singing while diarrhea" *Support begs for 5 start review all the time after making changes that are bugged the next day *Support admits that there are problems and bugs (they see that their own edits disappear but they don't know why). *URL translations are not working...My translated website links were broken for 3 days (lost many sales because of that). It took 3 days to fix the problem. *Support is promising to fix problems and help and then disappears for 2 days and another assistant has to take it over and I have to explain the problem from the beginning. *I don't want to even know what that bugged app does with users SEO and code. I really even don't understand why this app is allowed in Shopify. It makes Shopify's overall experience very bad. *Worst UI/UX I have ever seen I have been building different websites for many years and I have never seen anything like this.

Worst of the worst of apps. Would never recommend. Has been taking a week inserting translations that would normally take 3 hours. After correcting translations, the app automatically keeps on creating new mistakes & changing our proffesional translations. Very uncomfortable to edit anything. Working with this app means you will be discussing issues with their customer support 24/7. Never had such a bad experience before.

I had some setup issues in the beginning, but I wrote support and they where really helpful with setting everything up correct. It´s simple to use and it works well.

I don't recommend this app. A lot of bugs, bad user experience. After we spent 2 days fixing the auto translation (which was super bad), the edits weren't saved.. Very bad customer support specially Ella and Angela.

I used this app for the translation from english to french. The automatic translation is good, I only had to correct few expressions. The interface is userfriendly. And the customer care service is Great! I had issue putting the selector on the new theme, and Ripa provide a great service.

Ripa was on the support team, she was very patient and understanding with my problems and she managed to solve them in no time :)

Ella is TOP! She provided me with all the support possible in a very short time! I needed some changes to the language flags and was always helpful.

I used this app and it is helpful for customers from different countries and languages, it will be great if you let user contribute more in improving the translation to increase the accuracy.

I have spoken to an incredible person today from GTranslate her name is Ella . Ella has helped me for a few hours and I so appreciate her expertise, her patience her knowledge. I was searching for a Translate app to translate my store easily. Then I found GTranslate. I installed it. But I want the language switcher in my preferable position. So I went to their website and start to chat with support. She is Ella. What's exciting customer service. She asked me to give collaboration access to my store. I give and within a few minutes, she did for me what I want. Language switcher, I want to be in the main menu for Dekstop but for Mobile in the near logo. I want a different position for the mobile device so I told her and she did it for me within a few moments. Now my store is supported dual language which really looks so great. She's so friendly to give support. What is really very rare to get. I'll really suggest GTranslate to all store owner and it's especially for Ella. Thanks a lot, Ella

The CS is really amazing, especially Ella, she has been a great help for me these few days, if you want to have your site translated in different languages without going through all those troublesome editor and at the same time having professional and timely customer service to deal with your problems, GTranslate will definitely be your pick!

Checkout page translation does not work in free version! Just if you pay they translate your checkout area! Sounds like a joke but it is true.
