Great service provided by the team and a fantastic product they have created. Very useful notifications and ability to add product specific or store-wide reviews.

Easily the best review app I've used so far. Interface is very user-friendly and the customer support is incredible. Holden, in particular, goes above and beyond and helped me with everything I needed and he communicated clearly and responded instantly. It is also very cost effective if you switch to a paid plan right away instead of using their free trial. Cheaper than judge.me and is arguably more aesthetically pleasing.

A highly recommended software that allows you to effortlessly access reviews on any webpage and choose from various sources for retrieval. It's the most comprehensive tool I've come across so far, and I highly recommend it.

Very userfriendly and good pricing. Unfortunately some standard modifications are not possible with some themes. However in this case the support team makes custom modifications on request, which works fine. Overall quite happy with the tool.

The team is amazing and continues to try and improve the app. See some recommendations pop into the app recently which made me happy that they are listening to us, and not just telling us what to do.

I haven’t used this app yet as I’m receiving traffic. Once my store scales I’ll complete the setup for my store.

Really like this app. Easy to use, great interface, one of the best reviews apps Its cool that it also shows the reviews in Google Shopping ads and google organic search. Ideal for small stores

Great customer service with quick turnaround time. Went above and beyond to help setup our store. Love that they have widgets for many places on the store and that you can customize anything. Great way to present our brand.

Fera has been an amazing app! The customer service is incredibly responsive and helpful and has been able to help with every issue I've encountered. And as a whole, the app is straightforward, easy to use and the best reviews app I've used for my company :)

I was looking for a review app that could be translated to other langages then english! Seems quite rare but I found Fera and I'm super happy about it. Highly customizable too, really good app

I was able to import my etsy reviews to my shopify store quite easily. In addition, I was able to assign the reviews to every products afterwards. I like the APP and will be keeping it onto my shopify store

Been using fera for a few years now and love them.

Easy to use, exactly what I was looking for. No fuss, no annoying pop-ups, I think this is the best among the review apps.

Very nice app . It is very simple and adaptable to my ecommerce , I highly recommend it . So far it s been a great find . I really like the fact that can be send out email in automation to get new reviews from cleints , without the need of asking , actually there is the possibility to give discount as incentive automaticcally .

I have only had this app for a few hours and the service is above and beyond, a group of lovely gentleman who are helping me out with my needs.. very user friendly, very easy to use which is a huge thing for me, most apps are too technical and a lot of store owners waste time understanding how to use it, whereas with Fera, it's incredibly user friendly, very happy so far thank you!!
