This app is great for reviews! I can collect reviews from my Shopify store, and our best features include synching Amazon products to our Shopify products so we show Amazon reviews on our website, which is amazing. We also really like that we can also import reviews from Trustpilot into Shopify. The app looks great on our website. We were able to get a great deal for the subscription so we're very happy with this app. Also, their support team is very helpful. 10 out of 10.

I got a quick response to my question. Even though my issue I had was already too late, they offered a solution to it so I could adjust things my way. So grateful for their help.

We could customise Fera nicely to our theme, there is also an option to send review requests from the app. However, it doesn't give us a proper option to handle unfair or fraud reviews. If you would like to decline a review, their template is all in English and it's not possible to translate it. The customer service team at the start was very helpful, lately, it's been more and more difficult to get an answer from them.
