So far, so good! But this is a 4.5 rating, rounded up to 5. The app is easy to use, reasonably priced and staff are very helpful and responsive. Importing my reviews from Etsy into my new Shopify store was easy. However, I wish it would assign the reviews to their respective items. It takes quite a bit of time to do this manually, since I had hundreds of reviews. You also have to download review photos and tag them to the correct review and product. I have yet to fully use the widgets, but look forward to it. Having my reviews from my established shop helps ease the anxiety potential customers have about supporting a new store. For that I am most grateful.

Lots of great features on the free plan- great for those of us who are just starting out. Very easy to install, customize and add to the site. Thank you!

Great review app, and the team is terrific about customizing placement to fit our template - amazing that they can do it remotely!

We just started using Fera about a month ago. The app is super intuitive to use for us and support is prompt. They respond pretty quickly and are very helpful! I would definitely recommend using this app.

I have been using this app for about 3 years and I love it. It create trust for new customers who are able to see the actual pictures and honest reviews from our actual customer which helps to drive conversions. I absolutely love it.
