Reviews for Fera Product Reviews App

Fera's customer service is great! They respond very quickly and have been able to solve whatever issue I've had. I'm not a techy gal and they explain things so that I can understand.

Quick response and support from customer service team!

We could customise Fera nicely to our theme, there is also an option to send review requests from the app. However, it doesn't give us a proper option to handle unfair or fraud reviews. If you would like to decline a review, their template is all in English and it's not possible to translate it. The customer service team at the start was very helpful, lately, it's been more and more difficult to get an answer from them.

The best reviews app! tried many here on shopify and all i can tell you this is the best and easiest to manage with a great customer support!

It's great! It's simple to use compared to the other review apps, and customer service is awesome as well, quick response. Just needs integration with the Shop app and it'll be perfect.

Good app and the Team support for issues is really good. I had problems setting it up on my homepage and they went ahead and resolved in a timely fashion.

The service is excellent. Quick response and always willing to assist if you get stuck. It's quite easy to use overall and why I chose Fera over other review apps. If you are just starting out who wants simplicity but with all the essential customer engagement features and more, then I highly recommend Fera.
