What is going on with this app? "Something Went Wrong" with no way to even start setting anything up... Definitely doesn't give me confidence in continuing to use in the future...

I wish I could give negative stars. DO NOT add this channel to your store, especially if you are already having some success. This app ruined my account eligibility and chances for reinstatement of all 4 of my FB commerce accounts. I’ve been running shops on FB for almost 3 years now. All this app does is waste our time and energy. It does not support proper reporting or integration with Shopify. I have errors at every turn with unknown causes. Even when I’ve satisfied all the setup checklists and my shop meets all requirements, there continues to be bugs. I thoroughly configured every aspect of my shop, connecting it to my business manager, LLC, verified my business and satisfy every single eligibility requirement, but somehow my commerce shops still dont comply with our Commerce Eligibility Requirements. 90 % of my sales came directly from organic facebook traffic. And now suddenly my shop doesn’t meet requirements. I have excellent reviews and received only one return request out of all my Facebook sales. This experience has me ready to give up on selling on Facebook altogether. Thanks for nothing.

This is abysmal! it’s Constantly telling me that there’s an error and that it’s not available also telling me to try again later when i have been trying for a few days now. i’ve also bought the subscription and this is not a good and fulfilling experience.

Can I give a 0 stars?!?! And this is to the support "pro people". Every single time the conversation starts from the point zero! Please hire some people how actually helps us users...

Literally horrible! I cant explain how many times and different ways of getting my shopify to connect to instagram and getting my facebook connected as well. it has been a total nightmare and the guides are NOT CLEAR . im ready to give up on shopify all together because I would like it for my instagram but it literally doesnt seem worth it to me anymore. this is my first 1 star review ever ive been reading and trying things for hours and nothing.

THIS APP SUCKS! This app will not let me connect my Fb and IG because it’s saying I violated a ethics policy which I know for a fact is incorrect. Meta can’t give me an explanation but is recommending I close my shop down and re-open it. I am not doing that but I will delete this app because it’s not serving it’s purpose. I would be careful if trying to use this app.

UPDATED review: It seems my browsing protection software had tagged www.commercepartnerhub.com as suspicious and was blocking it. I allowed it in the software and the app started working, so the problem was in no way caused by the app. Works fine now!

We have NOT been able to successfully add our store to IG and FB it says we ARE approved -- HELP! hmm what is the issue???

12 Days and the app and the Meta sites Facebook and Instagram have not worked. 5 chats, 2 phone calls, 30+ screen shots of the Meta accounts and apps problems and Meta could not solve their side of the problem. App side is unresponsive. Had to document Meta employees Tiffany and others lying about "trying to call" when they didnt. Meta tech response was to email me at 2:54am in the morning. No US Domestic help. Meta gave an ulitmatum finally saying I had to use software (apple) to record a video of me using the computer or they would not help and still would not call back. after the realized they gave me the wrong software they gave another final ultimatum to use a different software, upload videos in MP40 format??? or they wont help and its my fault they wont help. This is absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever had. I have chat messages and emails to document literally being lied to by Meta support employees. Do not trust this app, or the Meta Support team. if you are not a technical expert yourself and ultimately you have to fix your own problems because Meta Support will not help you.

this app ruins the business and wast our time and energy. We can not link and sell on Instagram. It works with Facebook only. It says our shop meets all requirments. there are 3 bugs. 1. Verify your domain We need to verify that you own the domain that you entered in your account. We'll walk you through the steps needed for verification, or you can submit a different domain for review Appeal unsuccessful Your review was unsuccessful. domain could not be connected to your shop. -> it is perfectly connected!! how can we set up our store without connecting it to shopify!!! Please think twice before you speak. 2. This website is not approved Product unavailable on your website To use this website, your products must be sold on the website connected to your account. -> they are pretty much 100% sold very clearly and surely. 4 year old boy can even see it. who does even ask for it withtou selling products!! 3. Your account has been rejected for a shop on Instagram After reviewing your submitted domain, we found that it doesn't comply with our Commerce Eligibility Requirements. If you think there’s been a mistake, you can request another review. -> Like I said there is no problem to sell on Facebook. It says account quality is good. we have asked to review over and over. no improvement. is there any workers?

it ruined my business and i can't sell on facebook any more or instgram and i seems that i'm not the only one

I sell natural products and makeup, and I don't have any problem with google list, But I got restricted to my business account on Facebook, and I can't use any marketing campaign now, I sent a letter to Meta to know what is the violation I did? , and they keep saying please look to our violation list to know better, completly it's like a reboot answer, I use Facebook since 2009, and I do marketing campaigns since 2010, with 13 pages, I lost all these assets because of this app . DONT USE THIS APP

This is the worst integration app on shopify, literally a minefield to workout i have been trying to get shop linked to my instragram account and that has been a pain! first if you do not have a facebook page dont even bother. Even when you do create one you are restricted so whats the point. I have sent all documents i can muster and still restricted. Fix it!!!

Help !!! I have been trying to get my shop to display again since this new meta I can’t . I’ve been trying for the longest and no resolve.

Frustrating ... I use to be able to post new items and run ads from Shopify. Now it says disconnected and I cannot add Meta posts to my marketing campaigns. Can we have the old app back?

I just want to use Instagram but you have to go through Facebook first and they declined me getting a Facebook account. Smh. Like why for one and two i don't even want to use Facebook. I don't even have Facebook i have Instagram. Just a waist of time trying to get this option on my website. End. SMS.

Hello, i can't use the app, i've contacted meta then shopify, but still nothing !!! It's been two weeks now between meta and shopify, noone knows ...

Why has the FB option disappeared from my app but it shows it installed? Customers aren't getting emails, text and now this? This is disappointing.

Unable to create Facebbok and Instagram shops in the Commerce Manager and link them to my Shopify account only because my business is located in Ukraine! When other companies try their best to support people in Ukraine in their fight for freedom, Meta doesn't allow businesses from Ukraine to create Facebook or Instagram shops in their Commerce Manager and link their Shopify accounts using this app! That is such a shame!

I have always been able to create facebook post and ad campaigns through shopify marketing until the meta integration. Very frustrating!!!
