terrible add on the app doesn't allow me to connect or allow me to active my shop and has been stuck in review for about a month now SCAM!! WOULD GIVE IT A ZERO BUT DOESNT LET YOU

Absolut zum kotzen, FB Werbeanzeigenmanager ist eine Katastrophe und Shopify will mir immer nur "Facebook" Shops andrehen anstatt sinnvolle Einstellungen an zu bieten.

la instalé buscando vender a través de mi cuenta de INSTAGRAM y nunca se pudieron sincronizar los precios. En mi página están los reales, pero si un usuario ingresa desde Instagram éste muestra solo unos pocos productos y con precios super descabellados. Además no encontré el soporte requerido con Instagram ni facebook, META. El soporte se remite a leer tutoriales, ver videos y seguirlos, pero a pesar que lo hice el problema de los precios persiste.

it doesn't work. keeps saying there is an error when i try to open it. which means i now can't add a pixel either

If I can, I must grade it zero star. Facebook & Instagram do not provide any technical support. You have to solve all problems by yourself. Please be aware of this before installing any Facebook and/or Instagram app as your sales channel.

Like other reviews are stating, Facebook won't sync to your online store. It randomly selected a few of my items and will only show those in the store. Then they are claiming that some of these items are out of stock, which they are not. Not sure how this can be resolved.

Si pudiera darle -10 estrellas lo haria! es HORRIBLE ESTA APP me restringeron permanentemente mis 2 cuentas FB & IG, dato curioso si uno abre otra pagina la acepta pero con errores al subir productos y lo que es peor uno tiene que crear un nuevo nombre, asi que toda la papeleria no sirve. No sirve, no me pude meter. Hay que partir por que se necesita cuenta de Facebook, no se puede sólo con instagram, así que hay que hacerse una de Facebook. ¿El problema? No te puedes hacer una cuenta de tienda sin antes tener una personal para enlazarla a la cuenta de tienda. ¿El problema? Es que si te creaste antes la de Instagram, ya cagaste. No la recomiendo, y no es necesaria. No la descarguen, no gasten su tiempo en esto. Con razón Meta va en picada hacia abajo.

Having the worst time connecting my catalog to facebook and instagram. The help I have been getting has been terrible I send screenshots and video recording and they keep asking for more and more and I get nowhere.

When this app is working, it's amazing. However, I consistently have to uninstall, reinstall because FB/Shopify can't figure out how to update w/out causing issues for the other side. It is extremely frustrating.

Wow, the verification process is super annoying. It is impossible to verify you own a business if you are, for instance, a sole entrepreneur.

Meta admittedly flagged my business page in error and reinstated it however my personal was also flagged and they never reinstated it! I have spent 2 years now trying to get my app channel to connect to my Facebook properly and to no avail! It’s cost me hundreds and lost me sales! They’re permanent restriction of my personal page and refusal to dig into why it was falsely flagged in the first place is causing me money still!

Set up my Facebook account, created the page then it suspended. I gave my ID and it unsuspended but when I tried to run ads, then It suspended AGAIN. Submitted a picture of myself and now it says "You can't use Facebook or Messenger because your account, or activity on it, didn't follow our Community Standards. We have already reviewed this decision and it can't be reversed." Avoid this app if you don't want screw your facebook account.

I can't connect my store, it was connected but the instagram shop wasn't syncing up properly, so I tried again. I removed the connection but when I try to add it now it gives me the error message: Each asset is already associated with a different shop. Please disable one to proceed. I read the previous bad reviews and Kristin and Aaron nicely reply and refer the bad reviews to contact their support team on the link: https://www.facebook.com/business/help. Now here's the joke there is no way to contact them! There is a big button in the right top corner of the screen that says "Get support" you click it! You get redirected to https://www.facebook.com/business/help/support but guess what it's just an empty page.
