If I could -stars I would. When are you going to correct this issue? SERIOUSLY ticket after Ticket promise after promise If it doesn't work why leave it up If you're reading this, you already know it's an insult to those of us that are trying to succeed. error messages say "Something went wrong when attempting to connect your business manager. Please try again later." Chat support says it will be fixed in 24-48 hours I've been hearing this for weeks on end it's not going to be fixed. Shopify Reply - I appreciate your response! You appreciate my response lol hardly. If you did it would have been fixed MONTHS AGO. Furious and Disappointed

Found it a bit confusing at first as it kept telling me I wasn’t set up, yet when I went in it everything was there

It was an easy process to set up and I liked that each step was clearly labelled but it was still confusing knowing what I was actually setting up along the way and what I was agreeing to. I did feel a little pressured into clicking yes for everything

Very easy to set up, I connected my business account to Shopify in less than a minute. Now, I am going to set up some adds.

I've had a difficutly to add my products from shopify to my facebook page, but the response for help was imidiate!! thanx!!

It was cool. I really like that it was very user friendly and anyone could use it. I hope you continue providing good content for your clients.

This is a lot easier to use than the old facebook business manager. I am still learning how to optimize it and my instagram keeps dropping off but it is still easier to navigate.

Easy to use, no issues as of yet. Need to have a play around though Hopefully it carries on being as good as it seems.

It's impressive to see the profusion of effort in creating an App so complex and at the same time so simple to use for me that I don't understand anything about programming (and that's why I switched 4 months ago from the previous platform (with dozens of plugins, themes, php version that needed to be updated every day) to Shopify. The Facebook APP does everything by itself. The App sets tens (hundreds?) of things automatically, it interfaces with Instagram and the App published in a few hours all my 160 products on my FB and INSTA windows that were empty and lonely for months. Just one App created a synergy movement, automatically opened the Shopify pages and everything was set up perfectly without any hitch. I'm thrilled to get sales from Facebook without even opening Facebook. (and respecting all the rules!!!!). We are in science fiction, I am honored to have such an advanced e-commerce....... It was easy to follow the steps to set it up. I did not change anything, and I think that made it go quicker and easier.

It was very quick and easy to use. It only took about 5 minutes for me to get everything i needed to get done done.

fairly easy since I've done this once or twice before. Hopefully, it works out for me, I don't really like using Facebook, but anything that helps I'll do.

Not bad, more general info on the what and whys would be nice. But quick launch and install is effective which is good in my book!!

I found it easy to use and to add my products. I think FB is an important channel for sales. I do wish they would fine tune their bots though. If I advertise animal prints the ads get banned for breaching animal cruelty rules.
