Per mettersi in contatto con l'assistenza devi fare le olimpiadi, assurdo che un Social Network con milioni di utenti non abbia un servizio diretto di assistenza tutto si risolve con paginette inutili che non soluzionano niente. Un elefante burocratico che sputa sul piatto dove mangia, perche' gli utenti sono quelli che gli permettono di esistere. Atteggiamento che non saprei definire bene in che categoria collocarlo, comunque pessimo.

el canal de ventas no abre

Catastrophique. En juin, Facebook a suspendu mon 1er compte, supprimé ma première page pour finalement supprimer totalement mon compte et ma seconde page. J'ai justifié de mon identité plusieurs fois. Ce compte était rattaché à ma boutique shopify sur instagram et l'est encore un peu mais pas complètement, c'est incompréhensible, vraiment. Mon deuxième compte est suspendu, je ne peux pas faire de pub sur instagram à cause de mon compte facebook suspendu. Je ne peux pas faire de lien entre shopify et instagram avec ce nouveau compte. Impossible de travailler avec META je vais devoir fermer ma boutique définitivement A CAUSE DES ROBOTS meta. Impossible de joindre un HUMAIN et tout ce qui se passe est incompréhensible. Stop IA ok pour les humains. C'est insupportable.

I have never seen something worse like this APP , doesn’t work, I try since 4 days to connecting with my Facebook account but always rejected, stay away from this App

While it's absolutely essential for any ecommerce company, this app is NOT very intuitive and there is virtually no support other than the very generic support email. And even then they have no clue how to help you since it's such a niche app!

this app will not allow me to sync my business page from IG to shopify. My products have been approved and yet for some reason Facebook Meta is not syncing my products. I am missing out on potential customers because of this. Every time I try to reconnect the instagram an issue has occurred. Both instagram and facebook have been giving business store issues. This is unacceptable and unfair. All of my products are from a drop shipping supplier. In which they are legal and meet all requirements according to the guidelines. So what is the real issue?

It gives a constant warning because they closed the Shopping feature, but it is very good to have a single tool for full integration

I'm trying to figure out why I can't create a Marketing Campaign in Facebook. I am able to in Microsoft and Pinterest but not in Facebook/Instagram. Was that feature removed in the app?

It will not let me connect Facebook/Instagram to my Shopify Store due to violating their content policy. I only currently have a hat for sale and it is just up there for a test really. I am just getting set up for affiliate marketing. This is crazy! I see no way to discuss or resolve this!

After your app update, all previously connected accounts were logged out, and since then, I've been unable to log in. I keep encountering error codes, and the connection with Shopify and your app has been severed. It's still not synchronized, and it's affecting our sales. Please resolve this issue quickly.

I cannot get any kind of support from anyone to help me with the problem that my Facebook & Instagram Social Links on Shopify keep going to the "Manage Page" where customers can access all of my Facebook/Instagram settings etc. I have read all of the so called "advice" leads on how to stop this from happening, but it just doesn't work for me. I need to speak to an advisor at Facebook, not be offered endless confusing automated replies. Can someone at Facebook please help me with this? (P.S. By 'help' I don't mean send me even more confusing links, I need to speak to an actual advisor!) Many thanks in advance.

Using Inventory Advanced and Collections to control products available on your Facebook or Instagram is full of defects. Previews will show all products in your Collections, but in the Facebook or Instagram app, only a subset or none of them will show on the app. Meta support hasn't been helpful, as it get passed around and troubleshooting context gets lost...practically have to start all over. Was hoping to increase sales by tagging posts with Products in my store, but this integration is defective and doesn't scale to high number of products and variants.
