So far so good, just started as new business and new company. Hope it'll gong to be smooth. Overall, I'm glad for the service.

Just like all social media platforms, these sales channels are somewhat restrictive about WHAT you can sell, but that is pretty much to be expected. In addition to clothing and other general items like soaps, mugs, etc., I also sell vitamins and supplements, and Facebook really does not like that. Some of my supplements cannot be sold on these platforms, but I can still run ads and link to the product directly on my website, so I suppose that's an acceptable solution.

META IS THE BEST. THERE LITERALLY ISN'T ANYTHING ELSE TO SAY. i HAVE BEEN USING FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM SINCE HIGH SCHOOL AND STILL GOING STRONG!

terrible, cant even sink pixels correctly with business manager. im not sure what has happened to this app but it clearly doesnt want to work properly.

Things for the most part are pretty self explanatory and the apps assists in the what is needed next. There are a few minor things I am trying to learn more about such as ADs and building the traffic to the page. That is still a little unclear but for the most part navigating the page was pretty simple to do.

There are too many roundabout ways to set up payment methods, but all around its a pretty easy to use

Facebook ad is the worst way to get started. They do not help you in any way. I cannot view my ad, I cannot get support to help me at all.

4 estrela apenas porque exite que tenhamos o Shopify Payments. Isso limita para quem quer usar um outro meio de pagamento. Mas se voce usa o Shopify Payments ele faz tudo sozinho mesmo.

Must be easier to connect and verify the domain having to access the domain and creating txt files must be easier from the beginning, have to wait too much and find solutions on my own.

Painful support and service, impossible to enable the service after thousands of security checks and requests to send personal documents. Better to turn to other more efficient, serious and professional sales channels. Facebook is a mess.

This is great and I have been using Facebook for many years and it helps me to connect with people friends family relatives throughout the world

The most difficult and worst experience with this app. Meta is stupid business. I hope this company will loose its monopoly in the world. It has become a full monopoly

Pas de service clientèle pour répondre à DEUX simples questions : - "pourquoi mon compte publicitaire est restreint sans raisons"? - pourquoi je ne peux faire vérifier mon identité pour le débloquer la possibilité de faire de la publicité dans le ad manager.

No good app says I didn’t connect pay pall to social but I did. Now it won’t allow me to select the option in the Shopify app

Very tired of this app. Nothing works, meta business is so useless, i can't sync my products via shopify on instagram.... It's impossible to get support from META, most useless support i've ever tried.

This app is free and it allows your customers to check out directly on Facebook and Instagram. I highly recommend it!

Its going very well I'm having some issues with things but the support team makes sure that everything is taken care of

I have to say Facebook & Instagram has been very user friendly and has really helped me get my business off the ground. Keep up the goodwork! I hope they continue to keep it user friendly and maybe integrate some easier ways to advertise. Overall a great experience!

works great my for online store I would recommend anyone using Facebook and instagram. Products are loaded very fast

Legit all I wanted to do was install a pixel on my store and they somehow managed to make that a pain, it would be better if you had a choice to just install the pixel and not do the store crap. If you just wanna get the pixel on your store do not get it through this app I repeat DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!

so far it is going good. i have not had any problems and the system is strieght forward and easy to follow
