Shikhar Gupta was super helpful with my beginner questions. 4 stars for now for the app since I've barely used it. I'm sure that will improve as soon as I figure it out. Thanks Shikhar! Update: I've used the Chat feature on CedCommerce and continue to get great service. So I'm upgrading to 5 stars. Thanks to Adarsh as well.

Best in the business. They offer EVERYTHING you need to sync to Etsy. Many of the apps on here are limited in one way or another. Customer service is AWESOME! They respond to you right away and are extremely helpful. You get what you pay for.

She provided me with invaluable support in publishing products on Etsy, especially when I was facing significant confusion on Shopify. Customer care is always great, the app is just extremely confusing and difficult to navigate, in my opinion.

Ced Commerce Etsy Integration is doing a fantastic job, they are helping to do the whole integration process and made our job easy. I struggled a lot to set up my first online store and one helping hand I can get is all from the Ced Commerce team. Their responses to questions are great and overall the customer support is un-imaginarily fabulous.

Once you get used to the operations, this is a very easy-to-use APP. I had a lot of questions, but the staff's response is exceptionally fast, which is very helpful. I just started, but I think it will be very useful for increasing sales and reducing work time if I can master it.

App is good and import products right away in a few click. And the staff is very reactive and solve any concerns quickly. Good app!

If you have a large SKU count I would NOT recommend this app. Linking current products on Etsy to Shopify products is not easy - the automatic linking for large number of listings is almost impossible. We have identical SKUs and titles on both Etsy and Shopify and the auto-linking still will not work. Support was not helpful in resolving and it felt like we asked the same questions multiple times with no resolutions. They kept telling us they would get back to us with a solution and never would respond. The process of manually linking products takes multiple steps and is very very time-consuming and near impossible - it would take over 2 minutes per product and the search feature to find the products to connect them is buggy.

I am really happy with this app. I have tried several apps with multiple companies to sync and none of them were really easy to use. This app was able to link almost every single listing automatically. When I open the chat for help I get a real person, not a bot. and they actually read what i have said and answer it, unlike some other chats where i swear im still speaking to a bot after having an agent. When they realize my question is not a simple answer they give me the option to video call with them for help and give me a number on whats app so I can get back to the same person.

This is my first experience with this app. I was having an issue with shipping the customer service rep who assisted me was a great help and resolved my issue.

BDA Rep Riya was very very helpful. She was able to fix everything i needed. Explained plans , options and incentives. Im very pleased with the service and hope to grow with her help i received.
