Great company, easy to use integrations and nice pricing. Support contacted me less than 2 minutes after submitting a ticket and was extremely helpful.

I accidentally deleted 24 products from Shopify and panicked...how was I going to get them back? Then, I realized they were still on my Etsy shop through CedCommerce, but I didn't know how to copy them back to Shopify. Shikhar was SUPER helpful in fixing this issue for me and teaching me the steps for if it happens again in the future. EXCELLENT customer service (oh, and the app has been great for my Etsy business!).

I had the best experience with Ritik. He took me through the setup of the CedEtsy app, the importing and exporting of products---all of it. He took something difficult and broke it down into manageable pieces, and he was extremely patient in the process! I am very thankful and will be calling Ritik or his teammates again the next time I need help! They are great, and the application is amazing.

We've recently started using this app, and I must say the video tutorials have been incredibly helpful. They provided us with step-by-step guidance, making it easy for us to navigate and utilize the app effectively. Although we scheduled a call with their support team to ensure we were on the right track, their assistance turned out to be top-notch. The support representative was not only helpful but also provided clear and concise explanations, addressing all our queries.

The app has worked fine for me. I did have issues with listing the products, there were some errors, and I was having hard time, but Ritik patiently helped me out with every query I had. I must say this is the first time I have ever experienced a support team who really is nice, patient and care about their client's need.

I have been working with the ced commerce Etsy team for nearly one year. In that time I have received a lot of different support from the team that has been helpful but overall the will to try and help our Etsy shop be successful has consistently been delivered. Anyatra who has been my contact, has been a very reliable supplier, very consistent and willing to go the extra mile in order to help me as I’ve been learning about how to integrate between Shopify and Etsy. It seems that she is working around the clock and always available to help and willing to work on different ideas and try to find solutions to help us all be more successful, I recommend working with Anyatra at CED if you have any specific Etsy shop integration needs!

Overall, this app is extremely time saving, if you have a lot of products this will be a life saver for you. The best part of this app is the free plan that allows you to have 20 products from your Shopify account to Etsy, it does is seamlessly and importing the information in your product. It takes a little while to get to know the system, but once you do, you are able to bring forward your entire store. I recommend the free plan and then upgrading as you receive more volume orders from Etsy.

Ever since I downloaded this app my life has changed! the way I mange all of my stores became much easier. The integrating process is smooth is easy, and helps you manage your platforms without issues. The customer support is amazing, they are available for you 24/7 with skilled developers and support agents. At first, I tried to use the Shopify marketplace connector app. It was my worst mistake, when I initiated the integration, it messed up my whole store! they didn't have any support to help me solve this problem. Luckily, CedCommerce team stepped in and helped me with solving the issue. I am more than happy. Will definitely recommend.

Onboarding is very easy and CedCommerce helps you when you get stuck. We migrated products from Shopify to the app and then to Etsy in very short time. Creating profiles and templates and assigning them to the products is a straightforward process. It works great with multi-variant products. Also, if you happen to need to reconnect the app, it takes just a moment.

Fantastic and easy to use. Saved me a lot of time for transferring my listing to etsy.

Customer service is amazing! I previously used a different Etsy integration app, DPL, and it deleted over 50 of my listings. CedCommerce helped sync the missing items and saved me so much time and headache. CS stayed on the call with me for an hour and a half patiently guiding me. BIG HELP. Thank you!

Ritik was exceptionally helpful in helping me to set up my Etsy store and to use Cedcommerce to import my listings from Shopify. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and patient to make sure I was properly set up. The app was fantatic in helping to quickly import multiple products from my shopify store.

Due to the price increase in CedCommerce, I switched to the more affordable Etsy App developed by Lionz GmbH. However, the app I tried led to a decrease in my sales. I encountered product update issues with those other applications. It's not wise to switch just because the app is more expensive. I returned to the CedCommerce two weeks ago, and my sales have since improved. No other app offers as many features as CedCommerce does. Additionally, CedCommerce has an exceptional support team. They provided immense assistance during my migration. Thank you, Anyatra!

Helpful app, but interface isn’t as intuitive as I would prefer

I have had the pleasure of working with CadCommerce not only on the Etsy platform but also in conjunction with other websites, and I must say they are a fantastic company to collaborate with. Ritik solved all my problems and answered all my questions with quick resolutions. This is by far the best ETSY integration app I've tried. Smooth process and easy Etsy Integration of Shopify products. This CED Commerce for ETSY is so much easier to use that the version CED Commerce has for Amazon integration. I wish the Amazon integration would get easier but that's on Amazon and not CED Commerce.
