I have been using EPROLO since I found it. Drop ship products are great. I have not had to contact for anything as yet, but if I ever do I will update. So far so good with the app. This is a professional solutions for getting started, as one of the only dropship providers who actually remove products that are no longer available, it saves a ton of work going over inventory to see if items are still alive or just hanging around on my store without a source. Kudos. Keep up the good work

Eprolo is an amazing app that any dropshipper should have. I love having a dedicated shipping agent to answer any questions I have and help me with any issues that arise. Shipping times are a lot faster and my customers appreciate it! I had a lot of shipping issues when I was purchasing directly from aliexpress and now I have a peace of mind knowing my agent will take care of any problems that come up. Their prices are also cheaper or the same as most other suppliers. Their interface is easy to use and fulfilling orders through eprolo has saved me a bunch of time.

When I changed from Aliexpress to EPROLO I was a little bit afraid that the service was worst and that the variety of products were way less than Aliexpress. I was totally wrong! EPROLO allocates to you a REP that takes care of everything you need (in my case my rep is FIONA). The communication with her is awesome, she is always available to help and to solve any problem that appears. When I need a new product I just give her the link form Aliexpress an she gets me a quotation for the product and the product becomes available. Overall I'm very happy with this app. Communication is great and the overall service is awesome

why do you say it's always free, it's wrong, you can only import 500 products for free! and then you have to pay to import other products. Great app to use! Eprolo has a good system in place with nice products to add to your store and automated updates for tracking numbers. The communication with customer service on order statuses is very good, which is crucial to running a successful business.

They are very responsive, I'm looking forward to building a brand and having to only deal with Eprolo instead of multiple suppliers on my own and having packages sent in one package. I love the Express Shipping Option

This company is FRAUD. I have reported this to Shopify Support as Fraud. Do not use this Eprolo to get the products you want on aliexpress as they always gonna reply to you with sourcing issues, no own stock, and LIMITED suppliers which is the reason that they always say PRODUCT OUT OF STOCK when ordering a product you want like in aliexpress. They DON'T work with the same sellers of aliexpress as they have own limited suppliers. Talking to your assigned eprolo assigned account manager is useless as well as they will just leave you with the problem, saying they will take your concern into consideration in the future. They are only capable of supplying their own EPROLO products. Now I have to move like 70% of my store products which are alie products back to Oberlo.

This app has helped me a lot, I use to use oberlo before this and this app is the best one because of shipping and easier access.
