App looks beautiful easy to import products and images ... But as per usual another Shopify app that lacks support. I am literally bored of seeing the same repetitiveness it bores me to tears. Messaged in twice one regarding products and two regarding my woocommerce store and getting software errors. Not heard a thing back yet. Will be uninstalling, if there's no support there now I am not expecting none when I start selling products and a problem arises. Actions speak louder than words. Its a simple as sending the emailants a kind message saying look we have you're message please wait for a response. You would be quick enough to make email marketing templates to big you up but not for dear users that use this app. I am literally bored to death seeing the same thing happen time and time again.

This app is amazing. I love how well it works and how fast the shipping is. Thank you for erpolo because zendrop is trash.

Eprolo has been an amazing help sourcing products at competitive prices. The order processing is quick and delivery times are far superior to normal orders via Aliexpress. My only criticism is the app itself lacks a few basic features and could benefit from some intuitive design, but these are minor annoyances that doesn't matter much in the long run. It is still a good app. I highly recommend Eprolo to anyone who wants better delivery times for their customers and a platform that is easy to manage and work with.

I really like this app, a lot faster then other app out there and its free. However there are some room to improve, like listing the latest products, improve the products description and should stock european high grade products. I would love to see Eprolo unload high grade military gear for professional soldiers would use.

UPDATE- Eprolo has answered and resolved the issue I had. I will give them another chance since this was the only complaint I had and they did fix it. I can say my past orders were shipped out fast with my logo and packaging is as they describe. Ty for the good customer service and helping resolve the issue I had. Would suggest new business give them a try over oberlo for sure

Best fulfilment company out there! Highly recommended. They offer superb customer service and 5-8 day shipping! i have never had any problems using them.

Eporlo is the best supplier I have used, communication is very good, I get a response very quickly and the shipping times are very consistent, usually 9-10 days to the UK! I will continue to use Eprolo, they are doing a great job.
