I sell painted furniture and vintage home decor so my items are usually one of a kind. I am very satisfied with the ability to hand pick and cross sell other similar items to customers in each product listing. Since I have Buyable pins on Pinterest, I do not quickly delete my sold items. Now, I can keep them listed in my shop and hand pick 'recommended items' for potential customers. It's another way to get my products noticed. Plus, the customer support is excellent! I appreciate that I can get in touch with the developer, Stuart within hours.

I needed some custom work done with in order to get the app working like I wanted. Stuart was amazing during the whole process. He was super responsive and even billed me for half the hours he actually put in to making the customization. That's what you call amazing customer service! The app itself is great. Being able to recommend the exact products you want is a powerful tool. The standard recommended products that was built-in to the theme was very limiting and often didn't work correctly. It would recommend the same exact products within the collection across all the products in the same collection. This was problematic for more general categories on the website. Highly recommend this app.

Wow. I haven't had this great of customer service in years if ever. Stuart contacted me within minutes of me requesting the custom install and had the app live in my store 5 minutes after that. He also practically read my mind and answered the one question I had about the app just before I sent him an email asking about it. Finally, I asked if it was possible to move the Cross-Sell widget to be above a link on the page. Not only was it possible, he replied two minutes later that he had made the change and tweaked the code a little further so that it looked just right. A million thumbs up!

Top notch support and app, They installed the app for us on the very same day, making it match our theme perfectly. Cannot beat that, Also a few days later, I changed the URL of one my products and forgot to change it on the App. They fixed it before I even noticed, and notified me by email. Great guys + App! A must have for your ecommerce store.

Great app and great support! I've requested some bespoke functionality and in a few hours everything was implemented and ready to go. I've requested some other minor tweaks afterwards as well, and Stuart gladly implemented that as well. The application itself is great, does exactly what's promised. Highly recommended.

The Cross-Sell app was exactly what I had been looking for in order to present related products to my customers. It's very well priced, really easy to use and offers great value. Just as good as the product, is the level of customer service. Stuart from Cross-Sell contacted me soon after downloading the app and he installed and customised the app so it matched my Shopify theme and it was all done in the same day. Highly recommended.

Excellent app with even better support. These guys will customize the app to your specifications as soon you install. App works great and exactly as stated. If you want control over your cross sell area per product, this is just what you need.

Love it. This is a great solution to wanting to specify which "related Products" pop up. Exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I wish it had is a better "cart" related products section. You can only specify the same products to be seen in the cart with every product, no matter which items are in your cart. I would love if the same related products that you specify to each item were to show up when you add that item to the cart. Other than that, this is great! Thanks!!

All retail websites should use this Cross-Sell App. It generates more sales for items that customers may not have thought about plus it allows customers to see what products might match or go along with the item they are buying.
