We use Edit Order by Cleverific and absolutely love it. It makes making changes to orders simple and works perfectly with Shopify! We love it and rely on it on a daily basis! Also, their Support Personnel are awesome!

This is a great app, with powerful functionality. If you're like us and run a subscription service, then your orders will likely come in containing virtual products (the subscription). Edit Order allows us to edit these virtual items and replace them with real ones. It also allows us to create replacements, exchanges, and more. In addition to a great product, their team is tight-knit and passionate, always there to help when needed. Highly recommended!

I will start with the obvious, you should not need this app. Shopify should have real edit order capabilities, but they do not. Now that we have that out of the way, I can say that this is a great app and the team behind it is also great. Is it perfect... no. But you can raise issues and they listen, and when they can will work on it. Some limitations exist because of Shopify, and I do not fault them for that. As others mention, this will impact your reporting, so I recommend that you invest in building out your own reporting database. If you have a sizable business, you should be doing this anyway because Shopify won't meet your needs regardless. Things that I would like to see... the ability to manage partial payments including partial payment requests, better wholesale/tiered pricing functionality, better linking between payment transactions and actual orders.

Would not recommend it. The app messes with both the total sales number and the order numbering. Both are SUPER critical for tracking your store.

I use Cleverific frequently to create draft orders through Shopify through the back end for customers. Their application makes processing manual orders saves time and is easy to use. Their tech support has been incredibly helpful and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this application to anyone in need!

We use this to fine tune the way we collect payment from customers (deposit now, final payment later). Much easier than Shopify's base model editing and many functions to individualize order entry fields and discounts. When issues arise, customer service is always very prompt in resolution.

This is a great app for editing orders. Has additional note fields that aren't offered with Shopify's Edit Order which is nice to have! Customer service is helpful as well.

An absolutely must-have app if you're still frustrated by the limited editing capabilities available in the Shopify admin. It's not perfect, but nothing ever is. Kudos!

Edit Order has actually saved many of our sales from being lost, by providing a service that is not native to Shopify, being able to edit an order after a customer had made it. You can invoice customers and have them pay on their own, which protects us in California, from chargebacks, instead of manually entering a customer's credit card. The logic in the app is flawless, and works exactly as you would expect it to, and has features you wouldn't even consider as necessary (but trust me, they are!). Just an overall great app.

We use this app almost every hour! If a customer wants to change the color of what they order, you don't have to refund them completely, then re-charge them (which is not cool since refunds can take up to 10 days to post). There isn't a single other app we use (and we use a fair amount of apps) that have been as useful as this app. The reporting payments are a bit of a headache for now, but I know this is more of a limitation in Shopify, and once able to, the developers of this app will have it changed quickly. They're really on top of everything!

This app is a must-have! They have a great help section with everything you could need to know laid out in front of you. If you can't figure something out, their support team is always very quick to help. I don't know how we could even use Shopify without this app, it's been a lifesaver!

This app is really essential with any Shopify instance. It provides functionality that Shopify should have had all along, allowing you to Edit an order, removing or adding items, or just swapping variants. Any issue we've run into has been resolved quickly by their support team, and they really take into account what users are requesting when adding new features. Even when Shopify adds editing ability, we'll likely still use this app, as they've got the experience with what customers need, and are always extremely helpful. I've never waited more than a day before hearing from their support team, and they know their product! No first tier support to get through that gives useless suggestions like most apps. I'd recommend this app to anyone and everyone using Shopify!

Seemed great at first, then started doing our accounting and discovered over £10,000 of 'ghost' duplicate sales that were bumping up our revenue without it existing, and meaning we were sending too much tax to HMRC.

Very useful app, but I think you really need to do something about the "double" sales reports. Each time I edit an order, the sales reports becomes more and more wrong. For 29$ by month, I think you can do it better..

The fact that you are selling an app that allows people to edit orders and NOT PROVIDE the function to send an order confirmation / receipt of their updated order with new total price is unbelievable. This should not be premium feature, its a BASIC REQUIREMENT after editing an order that they customer sees the new breakdown of prices and total cost.

We use this app on a daily basis. It is wonderful for editing and creating custom tickets. Since it simply adds a letter to the existing tickets and deletes the old ticket- the management of open orders is very clean and easy to keep up with. Defiantly worth the price. We could not manage without it!
