looking good so far, although, is it free or is it $19.99? i don't understand. i'm using STARTER plan.

This app used to be great, but now it will not allow me to uncancel an order anymore. I've emailed support five times with ZERO response in three weeks time. For something I am PAYING for, that is terrible customer service. VERY unhappy and will be canceling my app.

I used this app when it was free, and thought it was great because it's a feature that SHOPIFY SHOULD ALREADY HAVE. Now, the app is no longer free and requires a $19/mth payment which is plain robbery. This app is great but it is no way at all worth a recurring cost of $19 per month. It should rather be a one-time paid app for about $40.

Had this App for about 6 months, used it probably 3 times, just for address updates, now they want 19 bucks, man this app aint worth 19 bucks not in this life or the next...sorry but i wont be using it

Five stars are definitely less for this app, sometimes we need to throw in extra discount for a customer, so we just edit the order and reduce the price as orders are cash on delivery. Secondly we also take manual order via WhatsApp, this app let us create orders on Shopify after we add customers manually.

This app is awesome. It addresses changes to orders after placed, exchange orders and returns. We uses to adjust our inventory manually which was very inconvenient. This solves so many problems and we are able to print mass invoices at one time with a custom look that is extremely easy to setup. I rarely write reviews, but this app deserves it. In addition, support has contacted us twice just to check in and make sure things are running smoothly. A+ all around.

I have only used Edit Order for the past week and already I see benefit. I have a lot of phone orders and Shopify does not provide a way to do that.

Could not run my store without this app!

We use this app everyday and have come to rely on it as an integral part of our business. Shopify has been missing one extremely important piece to their e-commerce solution and that has been a way for merchants to edit orders. Edit Order has been a blessing to us as it makes this not only possible, but simple and efficient.

The app always works well when I need to use it. It's a handy tool to have when a customer needs to make a change on an order.

The Edit Order app is essential to our store. We would be in big trouble without it. The recent improvements in this app make it even better. We have about 2000 products in our store and the new version of the app loads very quickly. The features keep getting better and better. And the last time I needed support, the response was fantastic. Keep up the good work, devs! I highly recommend this app.

We can't live without Edit Order. With the amount of exchanges we handle its the only way we can edit a customers order.

Been using the app occasionally for several months now. Went to edit an order today and they suddenly want $19 a month???? I don't use it enough to justify that type of cost and quite frankly - though the app adds additional functionality - it is not full featured enough to justify that kind of price for a casual user. Guess I'll be looking for a replacement and I think I've found one that is less than half the price of this one. I'm testing it now.

Very, very handy app. For features that should actually be built in but nonetheless they aren't. Excellent tech support (on the weekend) which is good for a entrepreneur running more than one business. Used minimum of my time and did most of the heavy lifting in the background then got back to me by email. Therefore I could review at MY convenience, unlike many support services (Microsoft?!) - thanks Mike

Great app that did exactly what we needed it to for manual order creation. Haven't experienced any of the issues with the app being down that others have mentioned but we only need to use it a few times a month.

Yes. Yes. Yes! This app is wonderful. One click installation and it works. I used it immediately to create an order for a client that we wanted to send something for free. Great app. I highly recommend.

Edit Order has been really stellar for our company. We have been using it differently - as a platform for our exchanges. Kinda complicates things haha. However, the guys over at Edit Order have been really amazing, helping us out and doing little fixes so that we can make it work. The level of support is stellar! Definitely would recommend!

WE can't live without this app!

This app is powerful, but unreliable. We've been using it several times a week for four months; expect the app to not be working for a day or so every month. The support team usually takes +1 day to respond to reports of downtime and fix the app. Our shop really needs this functionality so I put up with it, but I wish someone else was doing this and doing a better job. They also seem to be billing all users $19/month, whether or not your shop is on a basic subscription, so don't believe their description about their payment structure. Expect to have to request refunds if you install it expecting it to be free, though I'm not sure if anyone's successfully gotten a refund before.

Decent functionality but $19/mo? I only have to edit a few orders a month at most. Paying $6 everytime I need to edit it an order is ridiculous. It's use is not without hassles, it essentially cancels the first order and creates a new one in the system. I can do this manually, but it always causes a headache with our 3PL.

Great app! I've been trying to find a way to capture past orders that were payed by check or cash, and this is all I needed. Thank you!
