I had been struggling to understand what was going wrong with my Shopify store and Sam Huang was absolutely amazing in helping me. I highly recommend Sam Huang to anyone needing Shopify support to expert advice , they truly go above and beyond.

WORST COMPANY EVER MET!!!! From the very beginning, my experience with this company was terrible. Their customer service is extremely slow — every time a different operator answers, and it takes forever to get a solution. I had an issue with 10 orders(my first ordrers) They told me after a week that the product was out of stock, even though their website clearly showed it was available. Later, I found another company that provides the same type of service. I wanted to ship all my invetory(like thank you cards and some stickers,) a small package (around 2 kg) from them, they tried to charge me an outrageous “outbound fee” of $84 — just to send something from China to China! They are liars, scammers, and I would never recommend anyone to use this company. For reference, the manager I was in contact with was Isabela Xie. Avoid working with them at all costs.

I recommand this application. Working with an agent really facilitates the process. My agent Sam Huang is very helpuful and responsive. I want to thank him for his reactivity and understanding. Looking forward to keep the partnership.
