CJ has great support, much better than other free suppliers. Especially this girl, Connie Jin . She is the best support agent in the entire UNIVERSE!!! Period.

Stay away. Their "local warehouse products" aren't real, they ship everything from China so products don't take 3-7 days for delivery as they sate at these products. I thought I could use cjdropshipping to list some products on Temu US using the CJ US warehouse products but it didn't work out, they ship these items from China to a US warehouse which takes 10 days for delivery then they use your temu printed shipping label to ship the order from the local warehouse to the final customer. It's impossible to adhere to temu's shipping & delivery policy using cjdropshipping.

Pleasantly surprised by CJdropshipping. It’s beginner-friendly, the Shopify sync is smooth, returns/processes are clear, and you can customize packaging and clothing or request sourcing when needed. The real standout is my agent, Luna.. she is patient, quick to reply, reliable and genuinely personal. She guided me through packaging customization, sent the exact guides when I had questions, and double-checked details so nothing was missed. Even outside her hours, a colleague/AI keeps things moving and hands it back to her. I feel looked after. Her professionalism and dedication make the entire process seamless. Overall, it’s a great system, but it does have some shortcomings. They are constantly working on improvements, though. The product range for local house is somewhat limited, meaning there aren’t a lot of options. So, if you want to build a website with a large product catalog, it could be a bit challenging. That said, they are improving themselves, and their customer service is excellent—you get quick responses and your issues are resolved efficiently, which is a big plus. I’m satisfied with using it and I hope it gets even better in the future. Thank you as well for representing the Gildan name to the agent.
