En fait, je leur ai demandé de me chercher une commande et j'étais un peu frustré parce qu'il me semblais qu'ils ne comprenaient pas ce que je leur demandais et j'ai même cru qu'ils avaient fait une erreur d'adresse de livraison, mais l'erreur venait de moi !! My account manager, Roxane Liu is the worst agent you can imagine! Not responsive, not solving problems, only generic and incompetent answers! My previous agent was amazing compared to Roxane, but she left for some reason. I asked to speak with her supervisor to discuss the issues i have with her and that she is not responsive to my messages on time, not solving problems, not giving even information as to what is happening with my orders! Solve your logistics delays and agent issues before your most consistent clients leave you! Because that is what will happen soon if the situation didn't change! What's funny is that i recently reached LEVEL 4, suggesting i have "order processing priority", but instead my orders are still delayed even more than before!
