Rami Wi of the customer service was very helpful, all my questions were answered in a professional way, also CJdropshipping came to my rescue when i was about giving up on shopify, they made my selling price to be on the competitive side than on the high side with my former dropshipper.

A little confusing at first but once you know what you're doing it's a piece of cake. One of the most frustrating aspects has been the inconsistency with product availability; items I've planned to sell often become unavailable without notice. Additionally, I've encountered a few instances where products arrived damaged, which impacts customer satisfaction and requires time-consuming resolutions. These problems can be quite disheartening, especially when they affect your business's reputation. That being said, the saving grace of my experience with CJ Dropshipping has been my agent, Miya Huang. Miya has consistently gone above and beyond to help me navigate through these frustrations.
