Great app. I had a few little issues, used the Avada help chat and got connected with Liz after just a few second. She was unbelievable knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. All issues got resolved in a heartbeat. What a great customer service experience.

This app is super helpful for me as a business owner, being able to provide answers to customer questions without them contacting us for simple answers is a must have! ALSO They have amazing support! I used this app to embed a virtual assist feature, however, a problem occurred where the Icon was not changing Abby came and she solved this problem quite quickly which I loved.
