Tuve un problema de instalación en la página y me atendieron muy bien, la asistenta Ester fue muy atenta y me arreglo algunos aspectos que le mencione, e inclusive me mejoro mi experiencia con la app. ¡muy recomendada!

Flawless experience, had couple minor bugs but Esther support agent was amazing and fixed it literally within seconds. Would recommend to everyone, best faq and helpdesk app.

I was having trouble with my FAQ page not showing up on my header and Hana and Toby were fantastic. They where quick, responsive, and fixed my problem!

I integrated the Avada Faq page on my Shopify store, it has proven to be a very powerful tool. Their customer support is excellent, I had a small issue on my side and it was solved in a manner of minutes by their team (Thanks Tiana and Tony for the great work!) Overall, I would recommend Avada for any future projects that require a Faq.
