System software and support is good. After few hick up things will work out. Site back end is very poorly designed. Horizontal scroll bar is at bottom of poorly designed layout, it is very difficult to submit the items. I don't know if these guys are just fixing the errors on beta software. It is not ready to go software. I have tried the software but these guys don't know the customer requirements. These are some bozos working in isolation with no thinking about customer usage.

Consistent problems with Walmart Marketplace - Integration App. After the first issue of items not being able to be published due to the App. We were guaranteed assistance and personal help, so were convinced to start Annual plan. However, the number we received to get help from, was not customer friendly. Besides laughing about our situation during our call, and not being able to understand. We have been constantly forwarded to use their examples and integration samples on how to publish products. Our issue has been constantly, the App itself publishes item we would leave unpublished until a release date that we have. However the issue was that we were not correctly uploading the information, and have used the directions step by step... Issue consists, lost customers, and now lost our patronage. What we have lost is $300, and valuable time. Thank you for taking our payment, with a guaranteed refund, but not giving us a refund due to the issue not being covered for refunds. The most important issue, the App not working... Update 06/01/2017: After talking with CEDCommerce Support and Customer Service, was told that I would receive a refund for the annual we payed for. However no contact has been made after, I honestly do not know if they are waiting for my review to go away first, or if I misunderstood for the past +5 phone conversations.

I tried the trial and it does work and seems to work well for very simple products. Items that have variations and important tags with information are not working well with the system. We needed to add more information to the listing that was not integrating and ran into some bugs. Support help is aggressive and they call often to help, but they must be overseas because they call late at night. I have received calls and messages from them at midnight CST. The support help is also difficult to understand, and they also have a hard time understanding what I am trying to communicate with them. We have put this integration on pause until further progress from both them and a more user friendly walmart platform.

This app is very impressive. It has a lot of capability for a very good price. We use several other services to integrate with other online marketplaces and none are as good as this app. It is very feature rich and allows for anything you would want in Shopify->Walmart integration. The best thing to do is to make sure your Shopify store is exactly correct in every attribute. Then the upload to Walmart will go very smoothly. I did not have everything perfect, however, James was outstanding and fixed every issue I had perfectly and quickly. I wish that every similar app had customer service as good as CED Commerce!

Only works for very basic product uploads. My products have variations and it does not work uploading separate SKU's on variations. Worked with them for hours and they did not fix it. In chat they will leave you sitting there for 30 minutes while they try and fix. After I asked for a refund because it did not work they started ending chats immediately and wouldn't communicate.

My experience communicating with Jim the developer was positive and informative. I see CedCommerce has the features I need to do business on Walmart, no more no less. Their price is hard to beat. They understand Walmart requirements and what I need to do business on the Walmart platform. I would recommend checking them out. It's very easy to get your shopify products onto the walmart marketplace (once you're approved by walmart)! I thought the process would take a long time but my products were live on walmart the next day!!! Happy selling!

Developers have been very responsive when we had troubles with syncing our products onto the walmart store. We are selling items now on a regular basis and as we encounter issues, these guys respond quickly and get it resolved right away. Couldn't ask for more. They are now an official walmart developer. I shall be using them for Jet integration.

We have been using this app for a few months now. The app allowed us to quickly start selling on Walmart.com. The app is well priced and orders flow right into our shopify account. We are able to manage everything within shopify, making it very easy to update information across multiple platforms. We also utilize their Jet.com app. Between the 2 apps we have seen our web sales grow 300%. If an issue came up, the Cedcommerce team worked hard to resolve it in a timely manner and ensure our sales were not disrupted.

STAY AWAY , i was with them on jet and its the same BS the company i am using increased my Walmart skues from 4900 skues to 11000 in 2-3 days --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- this is the 3 rd time i leave 1 start review since i was force to remove or they will not service the account, this time it be left for good what i wrote earlier was nothing to what happened to me later, they failed acknowledging few of my orders on time, jet emailed me several times and than on November 14 they took me off jet , i was not aware of that till 11/25, cedcoomerce, never took responsibility and blame it on me, while the manager at at jet told me that , this was the result , and when they found the reason they put my account back up, while my product stayed on cedcommerce as archived , i had to beg them to fix it, i lost over 5K for this period with jet sales i take all the blame on me since i should have left from day one, EVERYTHING they stated was a lie, nothing was true, (see below) most customers that using them is because of the "CHEAP PRICE" what a price i paid to save moeny, i could have been with channel advisor for 6 months i am not here to promote another app, however there is an app that i moved to and from 2300 that i was listed with this company , they managed to increase it in a matter of 3 days to 4000 skues and with walmart from 4900 to 11,000 skue live , do not go near them unless you selling 2-3 item a month ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ original i gave 2 start , than when things start going worse and change it to 1 at this point they start answering my replies right away , the whole time they was pressuring me to change my review , saying if i don't , thire people will not be motivated to help , i changed it 4, since i saw they are really tring to fix the problem, after i changed my review , the problem got worse , they promised inventory sync to every 15 min , i found out it was not true, they said yes they had to change it to once every hour since it was too much load on thire server, after that i found out that its being synced twice day ????? many of my products still not listed on jet and walmart , they keep saying i ahve problem with my variant, or i have issues with no UPC, and its all worng i changed prices on uggs that i had i on sale 2 months ago , till now they keep being sold at the old price , losing over few hundred dollar , great cheap app if you selling 1-2 products a week, keep in mind ist not 24/7 support the way they claim its more like wait till we feel like answering you, they have an attitude as well , if you dare being upset, if i could put 0 i would
