Just started using it less than a week ago but so far so good...easy implementation with really good and proactive customer service (Nidhi)...I also use their JET integration app...both work technically well and have good customer service. I got sales on both marketplaces quickly after installing.

Awesome App! No words can explain the excellent and helpful service that I got. I have started my journey to Walmart with CEDCOMMERCE and I feel so lucky that I choose the right integration partner. I tried to start selling at Walmart in 2016, filled up the application form but no response. Then I get connected with CED in the month of May 2017 and filled up the form to get an account at Walmart and within a week I got my seller account. I push my whole catalog on the Walmart and started getting orders. To be truthful, yes, I got stuck at some places where I had doubt in my mind that have I selected the right guys to do business but these guys are amazing. No matter the problem is from marketplace end or error in my products from my side, they always have a solution to it. They explained me the whole app and Now I guess I am expert in using the app. The best part is that they keep on adding new functionalities to make the app better and more user-friendly. The Repricing feature helped me a lot in winning orders from Walmart and threshold feature helped me not get orders that I am unable to ship. Great thanks to you guys! Keep The Ball rolling like this.

This is by the far the WORST APP on the Shopify App Store. Majority of the syncing does not work, the pricing always gets messed up. Yan can go and fix it a million times and it still won't work. You contact their customer support, they tell you that they are going to reach out to Walmart and get back to you, yet you never hear back. They are not problem solvers. Also, since your prices never update, half your variations become unpublished, leading to a tremendous loss of sales. I have been fighting them to get a refund because $360 for an app that does not work 100% is quite insane, yet they keep saying give us a day to fix it for the past 10 days and nothing has changed. I have had to file complaints with Shopify and requested they help in getting a refund for this awful app Literally a disaster of an app, and I would stay far away if I were any of you.

Nidhi at Cedcommerce has been very helpful in getting our listings properly listed on Walmart.com using the Integration app. Using the App is well worth it if selling through Walmart and linking to a Shopify store. Monthly cost is reasonable as well. Thanks Cedcommerce for all your hard work on the App and keeping up to date with Walmart's ever changing API integration requirements!

Please be aware that this app is FULL of bugs and issues still. I agree with most of the points from the other user below that the Map Category feature does not work and does not refresh even for days after you do the mapping. Other awful experiences with this poorly-made app: 1) We are a subscription box company so we got a UPC barcode exception from Walmart. However, this app is unable to upload products without UPC. I contacted their customer service at least FOUR times explaining this and each time, the customer rep just didn't care and gave me the same canned response that I am not allowed to upload products without a UPC. 2) Finally after several weeks of back and forth, they allowed me to upload my products to Walmart. However, there were still other errors that caused my products to not upload. I had to once again contact with un-caring customer service reps who took about a week to resolve this issue. 3) In the end, I lost about a month of not being able to properly list my products on Walmart marketplace and consequently, lost potential sales. I deleted the app and tried to get a refund for my awful experience, but they refused on the basis of Terms & Conditions. I then just tried to upload my products directly using a .csv on Walmart seller center, and it completed with no problems in about 5 minutes. I should've just gone with this method from the beginning.

If there is a 0 star I would rate this 0. This app has caused a lot of issues for our business. Do not get this app. Beware! Customer Service negative 1 for ratings. Here will be your issues 1. Items will not sync properly. It's already out of stock but it will sync with the walmart app saying there is still stock. There will be an order that will come in. You will need to cancel which will hurt your metrics. 2. Customer Service will never understand you and will never be able to help you and will just disconnect from your conversation 3. Item's will not load correctly even if you manually enter the details needed 4. Mapping category doesn't work properly. When you click submit you wont see the changes you made 5. This will hurt your business. Their rates are affordable but NOT WORTH IT

1)How are you going with the app? The App works well, It is not the most intuitive piece of software and it does have its quirks but once you figure them out it is quite easy to work with, Make sure to map your categories correctly. 2)Is it serving your purpose? The app is serving our purpose quite well, we were able to upload 350 products to Walmart and within a week we had the formatting and all the products fully working how we wanted them to and we were able to get it to look how we wanted it to look with proper formatting. My biggest issue is a lot of html and other code that gets pulled from shopify can show up in inside the description causing formatting issues or spelling problems so make sure you reread all of your descriptions and edit them. I do find the app to be cumbersome when it comes to trying to get variants to be all listed under a parent sku and keeping them all sorted correctly. an example would be shoes i will upload a pair of shoes and the sizes go from 6-12 well half the time sizes 6 7 8 will have one listing and then 9 10 11 12 will have their own and getting those to merge together can be quite a hassle. 3)Are you satisfied with it? I am overall satisfied with the app, i do wish i didn't have to reach out to the support team anytime i had an issue merging variants or getting categories to map correctly but every time i have reached out they have been nothing but amazing. 4)How do like our support service? I think the support service is what really makes this application viable, if there was no support team behind this app i would of ditched it along time ago because some of the quirks and things that you have to do to get products uploaded and edited can be quite difficult to figure out on your own. Ive chatted with 3 different tech agents and all of them have been very knowledgeable and have been able to explain things to me to ensure i had a positive experience with the app.

Excellent app and great customer service. Walmart isn't the best application to operate, however, this app makes it much easier to sell and list at Walmart.com. We were literally selling on Walmart.com within minutes, no exaggeration, and when issues arrived, support was always helpful. Unfortunately, when issues arise it always had to do with Walmart's API, but this app is what you need to use if you are looking to sell at Walmart.com from your Shopify store. It has already paid for itself and we are continually growing our business because of it. Thank you!

We used this app for 7 months and it was nothing but problems the entire time. We contacted the company before we started using the app to make sure it was the right fit for us and asked them a couple times if certain customizations could be made and they told us yes, it would be no problem. So we made the decision to buy the app. After we configuered the app we asked them if they could please make the customizations that we had asked about before we purchased and thier customer service people all of a sudden didnt seem to understand what we were asking them about. They barely seemed trained on even the basic functionality of the app!! They said they would have to look into it and have the customizations made for us. This never happened, they did not do anything they said they would do. This made us feel like they were just telling us anything we wanted to hear to get us to buy the app. From the very first day we started pushing our items through to Walmart, we started experiencing problems. Hundreds of listings were going up with the wrong pictures, the wrong titles, the wrong descriptions, the wrong prices. It was a huge mess. We contacted their customer support immediately and they said they would look into it. They were not able to fix the issue and instead told us that it was something we were doing wrong, which it wasn't. This company is in India and so they are in the opposite time zone and are not available to help you for about half of the US work day. So when we needed their help the most, no one was there to help. They would get back to us via email when they got into their office which didnt do much to help us on the other side of the world needing help in real time! When our staff got too technical in terminology it was clear they did not really understand what we were asking or what the issues were. They did try to help but the problems that we were experiencing were never fixed after multiple attempts. We eventually started to just try to have our own staff fix the problems which cost us thousands of dollars in extra expenses to try to clean up the mess this app caused us. We would have been far better off never getting the app and just having our staff load products directly through the Walmart back end via excel feed. Most of the products that made it through had the errors mentioned but the bulk of products we tried to push through would not even go through!! They would remain in unpublished status in Walmart and would not ever go live! In addition to the previously mentioned problems with the listings, this app pushes the orders that come in through Shopify, so each order will have a Shopify order number and not an order from the Walmart marketplace which is very confusing and makes it impossible for staff members to search for. After months of trying our best to work with this app and the customer service people, we simply gave up and wanted to stop using it. When we chatted them and asked how to cancel our subscription they just kept asking "what is your issue? We will fix it for you." We kept saying, thank you but we have already had you try to fix the issues and you were not able to so we would just like to cancel. And like a broken record, they just kept asking the same question, "what are your issues, why do you want to cancel?" It was literally so ridiculous, it probably went on for 20 minutes, like this before they even acknowledged what we had asked! After we deleted the app, we left a shorter version of this review just to give other people and honest review of our experience using the app. Then, not even an hour after leaving the review, we got a phone call from this company, direct from India, from an angry Ced Commerce staff member who kept syaing, "you left us a bad review! Please tell me your issues and we will fix them. Now please remove the bad review." We again had to go through the broken record routine with this company, only this time on the phone! We explained again that your company was not able to fix the issues we were having and we just dont want to use the app anymore. It went back and forth like this for a few minutes and the Ced Commerce staff member got even more pushy with us telling us to take down the review. He began saying, "we are going to fix your issues right now, Take down the review" We had to tell him, we have thousands of products and there is no way you are going to be able to fix them all right now and he said "yes we will, we will fix them now. Now will you take down the review!?" It was unlike anything we as a company have ever experienced from another company. They literally called us and were trying to bully us into removing the review! The next morning, a less agressive ced commerce staff member called us again to try to do the same thing! Then they emailed us an extremely unprofessional and harrassing email. We were so shocked by what they said to us in their email, that we were compelled to edit this review and add a more detailed version (what you are reading now) of what we have experienced with this app and from this company. The following have been copied and pasted directly from the email that we received from Ced Commerce after posting our original shorter version of this review: - - - "...the reviews you have shared our totally baseless and you have breached the agreement policy of ours..." "We love our product as much as we love our customers but it's Really strange to find people like you in this modern world where they try to use technology for their own benefits and go beyond limits to defame others integrity without any pieces of evidence against the same. You don't want to use our app perfectly fine. But before telling the world about the same it was our right to know what issues you are facing which you did'nt bother sharing with us even after the support staff almost begging you to tell the issue. All the events that have led up to these mails are a clear reflection of work ethics you have been practicing in your business." - - - We used ced commerce for months and we shared our issues with Ced Commerce many times, and in the end, they were not able to fix ANY of the issues for us and that is why we stopped using the app. We then left an honest review about their product and the above is part of how they responded to us. We wanted very much for Ced Commerce to work for us and for the $299 we spent on this app to be money well spent but unfortunately that is not our experience. This app failed us in every possible way and it was good money down the drain. Their customer service was some of the worst we have experienced but the worst part by far was how they treated us after we decided to stop using their product, they were rude, unprofessional and harrassed us with phone calls and emails trying to pressure us to remove this review. Unfortunately, we cannot in good conscience recommend Ced Commerce to anyone.

The staff is super helpful and available. It's about as easy as you can get with walmart.com (which is still maddeningly infuriating). It's the best integrator I could find with Shopify and Walmart hands down.
