do not work, totally wasted time. not recommended!! only support the 10000skus, not products. means you could only feed a few listings.

Very helpful, although not the most straightforward process, the support is quite quick and aims to go above and beyond to sort things out.

they set a trap for you. Price ads only support 10,000 SKUs, which means you can only offer a few products if your product has multiple variants. In order to ask you to pay extra, they will import all your listings (some of which may not be intended to be available) into the app, and then your listings will exceed the limit. If you ask to remove unchecked listings, they ignore your request and make lots of excuses instead. Very bad experience.

The app never worked to me. Expended HOURS and more HOURS. If you sell refurbished / used products with different SKU and same BARCODE ! CedCommerce have some good app, but this is not one of them. This app is a NIGHTMARE !!!

It's been 2 months of setting up and communication is low. It's still not set up; I think Anoop has given up. I'm left in the dark without knowing how to move forward. I don't think this integration can handle stores with many skus. The 7 day trial starts straight away and not when it's live. There's no stats to justify the expense of the integration. I don't know if my products will sell on Onbuy

This app is not very thought through, and support is non existent. On our own Shopify website we offer our products as singles and bundles. For Onbuy, obviously we only want to offer the singles. The app can't work this out and therefore we haven't been able to upload our products. Support is extremely slow and hasn't been able to provide a solution, except creating separate EANs for the bundles, which is just wrong. Unfortunately I can't recommend this app.

onBuys servers, are running slow at the moment. They are addressing the problem. The App in running fine. It's a bit fiddly but once you get the hang of it it's ok. Support is very knowledgable and helpful.

Very happy so far. Have been dealing with Geetika from support and she has been excellent, answered all of my questions quickly and is very knowledgeable. We have only just started using the app but is working as promised so far.

It can be a little fiddly to set up but once you get the hang of it it's very easy and should look after itself after the initial templates are created. I had a few issues but the team were very helpful and very quick to sort everything out. Great service.

We used this for months and when we do have issues it been sorted had PC issues and had to reinstall app and will can not log in so we contacted customer service and had no answer from them. so we have now cancelled it

The app works well - I was a novice but the team helped me completely. I already use their other integrations hence wanting to stick to a team I could rely on for support.
