The Pickystory app has exceeded my expectations in every way. It has streamlined the process of creating product bundles without the need for creating new SKUs. I had some initial difficulties setting up my first deals, but the Pickystory team was quick to respond and scheduled a call with me to guide me through the process. I have since set up multiple bundles on my website with Pickystory, and they all look fantastic. The team is incredibly helpful, and their support is top-notch. The customer service from Leizel and the team is great they are very helpful and very quick to respond!

They did an update in December in the middle of Christmas promotions which completely changed the app. Not only that, it changed my $58 product to a 58% discount and WENT LIVE. The pop up in the cart didn't work and we spent 6 hours on chat support with someone who didn't know ANYTHING. This is like like 3rd time this has happened. Good news tho. She offered to get the engineers on solving the problem asap. I explained it was a Christmas promotion that we had heavily advertised and it was not working. They did get back to me - last week. That's February. And the support said "here it seems to be working fine" sorry for the delay. PS - NOT working fine. They also changed the billing from $9.95/mo to a bill that changes based on how much revenue you bring in. WHAT? So my bill jumped to $50/month for no additional benefits. The service is TERRIBLE. The product changes frequently and there are SO many bugs.

Paolo helped me instantaniously and the app is all i need to sell sampler pacs in my winestore. Its really easy to set up, and works like a charm every time

The app in general is great - we actually rose AOV by using shop the look feature, support is extra quick and ready to help. The reason I am not giving it score 5 is the appearance of the apps widget on the site. They don't look premium enough. They should do some fine tuning on widgets interface or leave some more options to align appearance with my theme.

Julia helped me to better understand what PickyStory could do and couldn't do. Knowing all that, I can better strategize what to bundle.

Julia is a gem to deal with. She is helpful and very knowledgeable about the product. An absolute star! 5 Star rating for sure!

The Build Your Own Bundle feature was extremely buggy for us. Even after walking through it with an agent (who was very nice), we still couldn't get it working. The style customization options are limited (too limited for our needs). We didn't try any of the other features.

I installed this for one of my clients (through my VA business) a few weeks ago and noticed that it was performing really well for her so I just installed it for myself. I was a bit lost on how to implement their tool on my site but they launched my first bundle over chat and sent me a how-to video using my own site for further use. I did one and they verified it was done right but instructed me on how to finish. Very helpful and polite!

Help Chat helped me a lot! Looks good on website, easy to apply on the store. It has a lot of different types of Quantity Breaks.

We use PickyStory as an easy way to sell cross sell items. The Combo Products allow us to group multiple products but present it as a single product to customer. This gives our customers a great experience as they are able to purchase sets of related items with one click, and results in a great conversion rate for us. The customer support is incredibly helpful and responsive too.

I used this app to help me create bundles of 4, for clothing items for our track and field club. We needed to make then for a total of $150.

PickyStory is a great app. But coupled with their customer service, PickyStory is just phenomenal. As with all apps, there are limitations, but their customer service team goes above and beyond to creatively troubleshoot and come up with solutions. They definitely understand the small-business mindset and are determined to make you successful. I couldn't be more pleased.
