Honestly, this is a decent App. I loved the UI and it's so easy to get started, but unfortunately, the support isn't what it used to be. I had used them in the past, and decided to give them a try to find another way to display my cross-sell. Unfortunately, I ran into issues displaying the App on my theme. But, working worked with other App developers in the past who have been able to work around this, I expected the same from this team. That was not the case. I explained this situation to one of the agents who advised me they would escalate the matter. When I hadn't heard from the team, I emailed the agents and informed what other 3rd party shopify app developers had mentioned. Immediately, I heard back from the team telling me that it was exactly as the other developers had said and advised me to reach out to my developer to fix. I explained that my theme isn't an issue but the app is not displaying appropriately and I haven't heard back. Again, I've worked with Pickstory in the past. And had the same theme and the App work fine. The support at the time was AMAZING. I'm not a programmer but I don't think my theme is the issue since this worked before. And I hate using this review as a means to reach out but when I tried to check in on the matter, I haven't heard back. It's a good app, but if you have issues, you will be advised to reach out to your developer

Best app on Shopify. Just get it. The customer service alone is worth learning the interface. The backend takes a little getting used to and I'm sure will get even more streamlined in the future. But it's HIGHLY worth it to upsell and create automations.

Ceren from PickStory was nothing but helpful...I watched a 'how-to' video on how to set up a bundle offer and when I got stuck, I hopped on the chat and she helped me figure everything out. Awesome customer service!

Pickystory support has been phenomenal. We are still working through things on our side to take full advantage of the app, but every question or technical problem has been quickly supported and fixed along the way. They are always available to jump on a call and walk through any questions and concerns.

We installed the app and it was pretty straight forward to understand. We put together a few bundle discounts etc. and it worked right away. We had a few problems because our setting were not set right and i used the chat help service. They were fast, fixed the problem for me, and then helped me understand how I could do it better. Leizel and Ceren were amazing and I love it when a company has good support. Theirs was excellent. Thank you guys!

Amazing app and great customer service! I've only had it installed for 2 days so far, but I have had a successful call with their team and 2 chats within the chat window. All have been great and helpful. App does what I need it to do and has so many other cool features.

One of the few bundle apps that doesn't complicate inventory management. The support agent Mary was very helpful in assisting me with the app.

Mary Bernadeth was extremely kind and helpful when I needed to view how to add bundles on my product page. Roziel Amor was also helpful and helped me when using the widgets. The app is great and allows you to add bundles, tiered discounts and much more. Thank you

Great product and customer service 24/7. They are very helpful, above and beyond. Also see alot of conversions from customers.

The app itself wasn't performing superfluously, but customer service was great. Mary from the support team went out of her way to ensure my problem was solved.

Really speedy response to questions I had while setting up the app, and the customisations template. Great that you can get a high-quality look because the customisation options are larger than other apps I have seen.
