This is a good app that does what it promises to do. We had some layout concerns because our theme wasn't completely compliant when I placed this app on our store, but this wasn't a problem at all. I needed a small tweak to make the layouts compatible with my theme and the BSS Commerce team was very prompt in responding to my chat and assisting me. The person who supports me in this matter is Jennie. She was very gracious, patient, and forthcoming. She and her dev Nguyen Van Ninh respected the schedules of my website and swiftly resolved our problem quickly and efficiently. The app is now flawlessly functioning on our website, and we are extremely satisfied with it. Thank you very much for everything. I would definitely recommend this app and this team.

The app is very useful and allow us to add labels to our product pages and collection pages. Really easy to use, with a smart user interface. Moreover, there is a super support team (Jena and the devs team - Pham Khanh Thien and Tran Duc Nam-), who quickly support the customers. We has requested their support for a small bug on our ecomerce and they solved the issue in less than a day. They are super reactive and we really appreciate their support!

I have installed this application on the websites I have administered so far. I had a hard time installing and selecting Labels and badges, so I contacted the support team, and Jennie was a supporter who helped me. It was amazing, she guided me through every little detail, from how to upload the label, how to edit the size of the label, the position of the label and so much more. She was always available and answered all of my questions whenever I needed them. After choosing the label, there was a little problem with my label and Jennie quickly fixed it. She is one of the very dedicated, friendly, and knowledgeable facilitators I have worked with. I also want to thank the dev Nguyen Kim Tung for solving my problem quickly. I thought it would be done in a couple of hours but he fixed them in just an hour. Now that the label is showing up well on my store, hopefully, it will let my customers know about the Bye 2 Get 1 Free program so we can increase sales. Been using this app for a while now and so far absolutely cannot fault it at all. Recently had a slight hiccup where a label was showing incorrectly on a featured product block on our home page, however after reaching out to the support team, Jena Nguyen was extremely helpful and quick at lending a hand and Nguyen Kim Tung was able to fix our issue in less than a day. Jena, was also great at keeping me in the loop and updating me as to how the issue was being handled.

This app is helpful for clearly calling out features on products and the developer support s also good.

I had an issue with the app and they fixed it within the hour. I had an email back to my support ticket within minutes from Jena Nguyen and he then contacted the dev Nguyen Van Ninh. Between them both they fixed the issue and understood exactly what I was asking to be done. I can recommend the app and the support is great.

I have installed this app on all websites I managed so far. The reason: easy to create simple or advanced logic to display labels AND outstanding support from Gigi and the tech guys: Tran Duc Nam, and Nguyen Xuan Thong. Do not get me wrong, the app is working well if you are using the popular Shopify themes. The dev team is amazing, smart and fixed all the issues within a few days which gives me the time to work on the logic/app configuration and so on. Not having to manage manually that, or buying another app to create a logic based on tags, is sooooo cool. Yea guys, it is more than just a simple app to apply a label. I have been very pleased by the level of customization and the user-friendly step-by-step label/logic creation process. It is really a good app that will answer all my client's needs for a long time (you do not want to mess with your website when you start to be successful). She is one of the most understanding, friendliest and fast acting support that I encountered. The Issues have always been resolved on the same day I requested it. We received help from the dev Tran Duc Nam & Dinh Trong Linh and they always acted fast and very professional. They even went so far to go overtime at work just to get our Issues resolved as fast as possible, we really appreciate that work ethic. Thank you so much guys!

We have been using the Product labels app for quite some time. This is a great app that is easy to use and deliver as promised… We tested a few more apps with the same function, but decided to use the app from BSS Commerce as this app was very easy to use, had a huge amount of ready-made labels, and looks great in both desktop and mobile versions of our website. This application is easier to add and display labels than others I used among various English-based applications on the Shopify app store. I recommend this application to whom need no/low coded and fancy designed. It is easy enough to understand tools and functions. I have contacted customer service I have some issues. Customer support, Jena Nquyen, has been checking fully and supporting me very nicely. Also, the response of her team was quick and they were very supportive I really appreciate their support. In conclusion, I am very happy with the team and service that I received and I can not recommend this app more. Thanks, BSS Commerce team
