We have used the Pro version and we're happy with the options offered. I'd suggest adding more badges for regional campaigns that are getting popular in SE Asia like: 11.11 Sale, 9.9 Sale etc, National Day Sale etc. After I installed the app, the labels did not display properly. I contacted customer service via WhatsApp. Jena Nguyen and the dev Phan Thanh Son solved the issue quickly. Creating your own labels is very easy and they look professional. Overall, I recommend using this app.

This app does exactly what it says it will. We have the top-level plan and it is straightforward and easy to use. After initially installing it, we did have an issue with a conflicting app that was preventing labels from displaying properly. Jena and Tran were able to solve the problem efficiently and effectively though - within 24 hours of reporting the issues, they were fixed. The app is now running perfectly on our site and we are very happy with it. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to display labels and badges on their products.

I installed this app on our store, we had some layout issues as our theme was not 100% compatible, but this was no issue at all. The team at BSS Commerce were very quick to reply via chat and help me out. Jena Nguyen arranged for her developer Nguyen Khac Hiep to jump into our shopify admin and fix the issue promptly. The app is now working and performing perfectly with no issues. I am very happy with the team and service that I received and I can not recommend this app more.

Jena Nguyen and dev Tran Duc Nam, did an amazing job fixing our small label placement issue: The label stayed fixed on top when there's a drop down menu. Their feedback was fast and they were very responsive.

Worked as advertised. You can literally put any image you want for your badge/label, allowing for any degree of customization. They also have a really great customer support, replying me in a matter of minutes when I had an issue integrating with my theme.

This Product Labels & Badges app works really well, absolutely as described. Thanks BSS Commerce team. I have installed several apps with similar functionality and exactly this app was the one that worked best way. So I choose to use it furtherly. There were some small errors because of different Shopify theme I use (I bought it outside of Shopify theme store), but I contacted customer support and was really impressed how they treated my issue. Support represented by Jena Nguyen was great: I got replies very quickly, I was understood 100% correct way, no lacks of misunderstandings at all. Jena reviewed my situation from different points of view and offered 100% right solution for me. I would also like to say thank you to developers Nguyen Van Ninh, Nguyen Viet Trung and Nguyen Xuan Thong who resolved my problem by adding customized code pieces. The issue was resolved seamlessly and 100% the way I imagined, the way I needed and the way I wanted. In my opinion, this app is worth installing and its team deserve trust.

Since day 1 this app has brilliantyl solved all my requirements in terms of labels & badges. Simple and intuitive to use thank to a well done user interface with no bugs at all and with custom themes. Even when I needed some customization the support team was easily reachable and even more important competent and very fast in replying and making the required changes. I struggled with the implementation at first but, after working with the brilliant Jena Nguyen in support and dev Nguyen Viet Trung, the issue with my theme (not the app) was fixed in minutes. The Product Labels & Badges app is feature-rich and very easy to configure. We noticed significant increase in click-through rate and sales in the products that we have placed Custom Text Labels on the product thumbnails, in the Collection and Search Result pages. The Countdown Timer feature is especially useful and fun. The timers drove urgency during our flash sales campaigns. Sales up! Jena from the the support team and the developers from the tech team (thanks Nguyen Van Ninh and Phan Thanh Son !) were super responsive and helpful. They addressed our concerns by patiently looking into our codes and provided effective solutions in less than 2 hours! We love this app! It has so much potential. Great product and amazing customer support. I had some minor problems when I upgraded to the advance plan, but thanks to the great work from Jena Nguyen and her developer Nguyen Van Ninh, they solved the problem within a day. I received quick replies and detailed information about the status. I really appreciated the effort. Furthermore, the features of this tool are great. You can create and optimize the labels as you wish and the mobile view is great as well. Overall an absolute 5 star product.

A fantastic software that performs exactly what we needed it to. We picked Product Labels & Badges because it provides you comprehensive customization and allows you to submit your own design. This software was also quite simple to use, which was a plus. We did have a minor issue/glitch with the app at first, but Gigi and their tech guys: Nguyen The Huy and Nguyen Xuan Thong were really helpful in resolving it within a day. I'm certain it would have been completed a lot sooner if it weren't for the different time zones, but they were on it first thing and kept me updated every day. One suggestion I would have for the app would be to add an additional area where you are able to adjust the padding/spacing from the edge when uploading your own label. BSS Commerce as this app was very easy to use, had a huge amount of ready made labels and looks great in both desktop and mobile versions of our website. Had compatibility issues with our theme and they worked on quickly resolving it. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for easy, consistent labels and badges. Thank you so so much!

This seems to be one of the best B2C apps with B2C features that have been very helpful for our business. The app does have various features and can be easily activated via the configuration such as variant, specific product, product tag and etc. We have been discussing with the team via WhatsApp and Gigi(the agent support) has been very responsive in the meantime. Lately, we faced an issue with the label display and the technical guys (Nguyen Tien Loc, Nguyen Xuan Thong, Pham Van Hoan, Pham Ngoc Hoang, Phan Thanh Son, and Nguyen The Huy) have been checking very carefully and come up with a proper solution eventually. They're all very efficient in fixing the problem. Awesome support manner! In addition, the Product labels & Badges application has a lot of reasonable plans compared with other 3rd-party apps on the market. It also comes with free assistance that you can connect on various of channels. We would definitely recommend trying BSS Product Labels & Badges app. Again, appreciate the team's efforts so far. Keep it up. Hope they will develop some other apps cool like this one. Thanks a lot!
