Great app and easy to setup for a simple points and referal system for your store. Genie from the support team also was very responsive to solve customization issues.

Excellent customer service with fast response! I was assigned to an agent named Cara and she was ever so helpful and patient in showing me how the app works for first-timers like me. When setting up and editing the activities/rewards, there are a few glitches here and there. But still, the app itself is not bad. You can set up and customise it to the ways you wanted. Would recommend!

Absolutely amazing app to use. Super easy, fun and simple for first timers like me. I was able to set it up and customize it to my liking. I really enjoyed the ability to give my customer incentives for shopping with my company and was quickly drawn to the visual and setup of Bon Loyalty. Setup seemed pretty easy and i got the basics done but I was stuck for a while and decided to reach out for help. Anna was super helpful. At first I thought I didn't need any help and could just wander myself through setup, until Anna made some key suggestions that helped so much. I was able to fully setup my rewards system, and do it a-lot faster!. Their response was super fast and very thorough! Really enjoying this app!

Best app for loyalty program! But I hope one day it could be come out the function for user to change the earn points rule more flexiable. And BEST customer service ever for all the shopify apps I have used so far!

Bon were really helpful in smoothing the transition from another loyalty app that we had been using. Their chat/support system was very consistent and fast over the 2 days of our transition.

Very easy to set up and use. I did have questions, and the chat was immediately helpful. I highly recommend this app for your rewards program.

I would give zero stars if I could I used this app for some time now with no problems, I had completely set it up to only work on points balance and only 3 options for redeeming when I had set it up. At some point between then and now new features became available and were automatically turned on. I only discovered this a couple days ago when someone used those new features to take $200 worth of product for free using them. This was massive to me, I'm a small business. I can't afford such a massive loss. After I contacted support they were no help at all leaving me absolutely distraught

We've only just started using (not even fully configured yet) but our first experience with Bon customer support was in their assistance in importing our customer list, and their assistance was AWESOME and fast! Can't wait to get using the app!
