The support is amazing!! I used the live chat and I received a response in under 30 seconds from "Daisy" She was wonderfully helpful, and walked me through every step I needed to get to the place I wanted to be in the app. She also gave me some great advice to help me with promoting the BON Loyalty Rewards app so that all my customers could take part in the benefits of earning points!! Great app! I would highly recommend! It gives us the ability to give back to our amazing customers!!

Amazing costumer support has never disappointed me. They`re always one text away and up for all kinds of inquiries, always have the answer. I`ve tried some other referral program apps but there hasn`t been one the I can fully rely on until i came across this app!! Also I actually see that they want to improve their app which makes it even more special. One of the strongest points they offer is that the presence of someone who can actually help regardless of time and day. Has always given me immediate action. I want to mention a few names who helped me from the beginning. Emilie, Anna and big shout out to Daisy!! She is the reason I was able to have this program started properly. Wouldn`t think any of other apps can match with their costumer loyalty. Highly recommended.

This App is super simple to put together. You can manage all your rewards and discounts. You can also set up to your preference on color schemes and whatnot. When I had a question about getting the icon to show up on my page, Anna was super helpful with showing me how to get that up. I know if I have a question or concern, I can feel comfortable asking Anna in the future.

This app is unique, and has changed my website! So many customers love the rewards system, and use it often. I would also like to say that the customer support is very helpful, they spent hours helping me with question after question, and they helped perfect it the way I wanted and needed it to be. Thanks!

Great design and all the features the app has. Support is as it should be in trying to solve everything. In the beginning, I had some technical issues with the app but we were able to resolve them so everything works now.

If you don't have BON then you need to get it NOW! The dashboard is extremely user friendly and very customizable. It surpasses any other reward program we've used previously. One of the best things about BON is their customer service, we needed assistance and Genie was awesome to work with. They are very responsive and don't make you feel rushed or like you should already know the answer to what you're asking; they truly go above and beyond to give you the help you need. Thank you Genie and the BON Loyalty team for providing the best reward app out there and for your excellent customer service!
