Update 6/7: These guys have continued to give me the most amazing, personalised service to configure to help me config the app to perform exactly as desired. Every time I ask them a question, they say 'we can do that for you'. It gives a smile every single time. The app does exactly what I need it to do, and Emile and the dev team have been so helpful in ironing out some minor installation issues, because of custom code in my theme. Great work guys, looking forward to using this product into the future

i used it to setup a loyalty program for my store and it was quite straight forward and useful, Emily was also very helpful throughout the setup process

Great customer support with Anna. She was so helpful with all of my questions and finding solutions. The app was easy to install and set up on my own...very user friendly. Now to see if the app helps convert new customers and help with continued sales to our existing customers.

The ease of set-up is amazing, it's very self explanatory and easy to play with. I have not fully been able to use it yet or see it in action but I am excited. Emile was a huge help as well! Super friendly and nice!

The app is beautiful and sleek with most of the features you need. The app is still lagging and I need to refresh the app sometimes to make it response. I wish that point earning is more flexible. X points earn each 1 unit currency does not work well with all currency. It would be better if it can be set X points earn each Y unit currency. Daisy from support team is very helpful. She assured that the program speed issue is temporary and it will be solved. I'm looking forward to use the app after they finished the big updates which slow down the app.

There are so many functions that are completely unusable. Doubt the authenticity of this free app. It's been installed for a month and the data is not synchronized and is completely unusable. After the customer service enthusiastically helped me to install it successfully and guided me to give five-star praise, the customer service was very perfunctory about our data migration problem, and every time I asked it, it was busy and needed to be processed.

So far I am impressed with how well this app is. They provide a great way to keep customers excited and entertained with gaining points to redeem points. A great way to keep customer loyalty as well. Their customer service is beyond great. Anna answered all my questions and she made sure to help me with everything i needed. I would love to get Anna for customer service again, she went beyond my expectations.

So far I have only set up the app and haven't seen it in action yet, but the set up was very user-friendly and the support was very good. Anna helped me even outside of office hours to answer my questions and help me get things installed the way I wanted them. So far so good.

This has to be one of the best reward apps I have used. This app has a lot of customization options way more than any other app. I highly recommend this app for any store that wants a reward system. Would also like to thank Daisy from support she was very help, kind, and polite made the whole process fast and easy.
