The setup so far is very simple and intuitive, I would have liked some additional features that I requested (for example the ability to get different points depending on the review with photos/videos, or a more complete analytics tab). Changing my review, I think the app is ok and customer service is good. However, there are little things that the apps lack and it has the wrong format, instead of trying to improve it, they want to charge it. I already paid one thing for a change that was obvious they should have, when i asked to give the option to send emails to the clients on certain points earnings instead of sending an email for everything (this is so spammy), they wanted to charge me again Probably will look for a better app in the future. Just started using and they were super helpful!
