Really helpful and supportive team, Paul and Beth were quick to attempt and fix my issue, both of them knew exactly what I needed done and got it fixed fast.

Great app provider for Shopify and my limited experience with support has always been helpful. Chintan on chat had the answers I needed right away. My only complaint and docking a star is because you have to add so many different apps from the dev to acomplish what I consider (and other apps do as well) very related tasks such as offer a BOGO discount in the upsell. You need another app to do that and it and of course more monthly fees. I already feel like I get app'd to death on this platform, but what incentive is there to an upsell without a discount? Should be under one app IMO...

Really intuitive and useful app. I had a couple of questions for support and Kelsey was extremely helpful in answering them! Five stars.

Set up was very easy, and support was excellent. Support Ninja James B answered all my questions - turns out any issue I had was user error, and he walked me through it easily!

I signed up for the trial and was impressed with the customer service as Scott was available right away by chat and super helpful. I got the whole app setup in about 5 minutes.

I just started with this app. The support has been fantastic and I am ready to run my first BOGO sale! Chintan and the Bold Team (Guri, Rajni) were awesome and replied to all my questions!

Chintan was very helpful when I need customer supports help! He helped me troubleshoot my problem and offered multiple solutions and everything worked out great.

Awesome app. Quick & great installation support. Navigation and setting things up inside the app is super easy!

This has been a solid app to perform our basic upsell functionality on our site. The customer service has been very responsive and helpful as well.

After some issues with the styling of the pop-up, the Bold support team customized everything for us promptly. Some bold apps take a while to set up with custom code, but the support is excellent. Bold have done a great job at making sure all of our apps work together with no issues. Great phone support. Gursharandeep was amazing at walking me through everything and making any customisations I asked for. I then contacted Bold again because the customisation didn't precisely match my store. Eric and Guri altered something which I was previously told wasn't possible to edit. They made it look AMAZING. What's more, Eric did all of this right away on a Sunday! I highly recommend Bold as their customer support is phenomenal. Five stars

So far so good. I did have to get some manual install help on the Brooklyn theme (surprising since its a standard theme), but going to give the 14 day trial a run and see how it goes. Camila was very helpful!

Great. Easy to install. Easy to set up. At first it did not appear to work but Alora at support did a test and said it worked. A minute later we got an order that without the app would have been $28 but with the app (not kidding) ended up being over $100.

Careful installing ANY BOLD App!! They add a ton of code. We have been down all week. The apps do not all talk to each other, a lot of features are not intuitive, and URGENT in the BOLD world, is now 6 DAYS!! When they work they are great, but when they don't it is a nightmare!

We used this app for add on's to our seasonal sales and I was excellent. So it was the first place I went this year.

Rajni was extremely helpful when I chatted with him for assistance regarding Bold Upsell. He solved my problem quickly and efficiently. He referred me to an article that explained my issue in detail, and waited patiently to make sure I read through and understood it. Thanks, Rajni!
