At first glance I thought it was a good app, however it conflicts with Shopify's own Google shopping app. It creates a double sale that has to be removed by Bold support. They were happy to rectify this until they identified that the cause of the problem is a conflict between the two apps, they have advised me that they will not continue to do so going forward. I have requested my money back however due to the fact I have had this product for 7 months they have declined and stated that they are unable to inform customers of incompatibility's. their app has even with Shopify's own apps. I will avoid using this company in the future.

It's super easy to set up and the support is great. Time = money and this app will save you both in the long run.

Suddenly app does NOT create any discount no more, and I get no assistance from Boldapps. Don't waste your money with it, when it works it's all perfect, but when it gets some issues, Boldapps will let you alone,

I recently purchased this app so I’m learning how to use the software. That said, the support and responsiveness have been great. Bold is open to user feedback and values a positive user experience which means customer satisfaction is a top priority for them. My experience with them thus far has been that Bold is flexible in working with customers and not married to a rigid rule book. As I move forward I’m happy to continue sharing my experience. Also, one other nice thing is Bold has both good training videos and a support team willing to help out on any areas where you may get stuck. I hope this review helps anyone looking to use Bold apps.

Yes, that rating is right! 5-stars for a reason! Look at everyone's review we all aren't wrong, This company knows how to create apps, and create ones that fill void other apps just don't. If the app working exactly like they describe to us, I mean perfect, they are just an email away 24/7. They are all very knowledgeable with all their products, I know cause I email them a lot at all different times. Putting the cherry on top, Bold will sometimes go out of their way and help you with your store, ads, or whatever else it might be. You can honestly tell they care. Oh yeah, can't forget how I got this app in the first place, they run a contest with the prize being a subscription to an app of theirs. At first, I was uneasy and didn't really trust anybody behind the apps that weren't Shopify made, but Bold Apps changed all that and I would download anything of theirs if I needed it. Ps. Great app and great supportstaff!

Don't waste your money with this app. I wish I hadn't. It doesn't work like they say it will and it's nearly impossible to get help once it's paid for and installed. Many of my items were discounted more than I put in, and right now I set the time for a sale to start incorrectly and it will not let me turn it off or change it no matter what I do. NOT HAPPY with this app & strongly suggest that others DO NOT BUY IT!!!!!!!

I just purchased the app yesterday so have not had a chance to try it out, but I did want to say how impressed I am with their support team. I had a few initial questions & needed some help with the install and they got back to me asap and assisted me with everything that I needed.

Decided to jump in and buy this app after using several other bold apps and being pretty happy with the outcome. First of all, after charging me $99, they then require an additional fee to install the code for the app to even work. After paying this fee it took about 48 hours for them to supposedly install the code and tell me everything was ready to go, and I would have to turn on the theme. However, when i turned on said theme, there was code all over my product pages. So I contacted them to fix it, and had to go through a bunch of hoops just to get the issue resolved. Mind you this is the 24th of nov. and black friday is about to happen. Sure enough, all black friday and cyber monday my abandoned carts were through the roof. Why? So I do a test purchase and wouldnt you know it, code all over my checkout and it says bold all over it. Thanks bold for killing my best shopping season of the year. No app is worth the ridiculous headache this has caused my business. Did i mention I have contacted them 3 times about this now and still I have code all over my checkout and no idea how to fix it? If you are going to charge extra to install the code necessary for this app to work. You would think it would be done right. Frustrated as all get out!!!

Great Product and Support. They answer questions very quickly and it made me confident to use the product. Just Awesome. I will buy more products in the future. I would recommend to a friend!

This app is a disaster! This is Holiday season & this app, instead of working properly, messed up my prices. I activated 30% discount in two collections. The app triggered 30% discounts in three collections, including a duplicate 30%. Thus some of the same products were discounted twice. How horrific! I did switching on & off (wasted several hours) but the error didn't disappear. Given it's the peak season of the year, I'm so pissed off.

This app was a blessing for our Black Friday discounts on thesensiblemama.com - It did exactly what it was supposed to do. I can't imagine running a sale or promotion without it. I understand that it is now integrated with KIT. Although I have not tried kit with Product Discount, I am looking forward to doing so.

We downloaded this app, product upsell, and product builder. Jordan helped me out on all the questions I had to be live and ready by Friday 12:00 AM. It's great that Bold has all the apps you need so you only need to contact 1 person for all of your questions. Customer service was absolutely amazing. Thank you guys for opening up your support 24/7 during the biggest sale weekend in the states.

I purchased this app specifically for my Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale at https://shop.curiouskitties.com ~ I'm using it right now! I can't stress enough how amazing this app is. Nothing I've found even comes close to the features and support of this app. It's SO customizable! I was able to add a ton of different sale icons, compare prices, the timer and information. Pretty well documented too. I tweaked it a lot. If you like being able to customize your store this is a great choice.
