This app does exactly what I was looking for. I needed a little help getting started and Brendin was able to quickly take care of my set up issue and get my bogo sale going. I highly recommend this app.

We love this App from Bold as it allows us to to do Live Sale countdowns and so much more. But more importantly the BOLD team is amazing. They are quick to reply to any questions and concerns. They help us immensely figure out what apps can take care of our needs, and if there isn't one they go out of their way to help find work around solutions. Update: I just installed the Upsell app to compliment the discount app. Working great and excellent help from Brendin at Bold to help me get these two apps working together. I had a few teething problems with the installation that were resolved in a timely manner. Ron, a support leader at Bold knows a thing or two about customer service. I've been using this app now for about a week in conjunction with Kit and it's great. The functionality and ease of use is very good. Hopefully it will continue to show value over the coming months and I'm already trying to decide what other Bold apps I can pair with it...

This company is amazing! I had issues using their apps as they didn't fit perfectly the strategy I wanted to implement for my business. Not only they totally understood my needs, but they also got involved and spent hours trying to make it work for me. They even called me after hours to make sure all was good. Amazingly Dedicated Support for sure!!! And the products are 5 stars! Also I have made the custom install myself using their Install Guide and all went perfect. I am not a developer but their Install guide was so well documented, I was able to modify all the liquid and theme files without any problem. I got this app to work in tandem with product upset. Product upsell is not working correctly, and I am getting the run around from Bold. I have support tickets that seemingly are ignored. Responses that I do get do not relate to the issue. nobody answers the phone or calls back. Horrible Support services. The worst I have ever seen.

I had this app installed on 2 stores for Black Friday. Had to uninstall it 30 minutes after my sale started as it was not working as it was supposed to. Had been testing them out for about 2 weeks and all the edits I had made on one store, kept copying over to my other store. I thought I was hallucinating. They acknowledged the issue and blamed it on something about L Frame. They said I could only make changes to one store at a time ( I had both stores open in different browser tabs). It was a pain in the butt to do because both stores are exactly the same, just set up for different currencies. I moved ahead anyways and tested and tested and tested to make sure everything looked good. At midnight on Black Friday the app basically crashed. My social media and inbox was a mess with customers complaining that: 1. discounts weren't showing up on product pages. 2. when the discounts did show up, they disappeared by the time customers were ready to check out. For some customers, worked perfectly fine. At the end of it all, it turned into a huge administrative headache that we didn't need and didn't do as well as we'd predicted. We believe that this app is the cause. We historically have just used promo codes for big sales, but wanted to avoid the headache of "I forgot to use the code" and wanted to do sitewide, timed sales. Cleaning up the Bold mess was an even bigger mess that we're STILL dealing with as customers are receiving their credit card statements. A few days later I contacted their support to express my disappointment and asked for a refund, they agreed to do so and said it would be done in 10 days or so. I contacted them again after not seeing the refund, they said to check again Dec 25 (????). As of Jan 5, 2017, I STILL Don't have a refund. Update Jan 6th. Finally received my refund

Brilliant app and a brilliant support. Dan helped a great deal with clear explanations and quick come back. Only downside I found so far is the inability to change product price while sale is on without affecting the automation of the sale on said product but it is a minor issue.

Works as expected. Terrific customer support. Go Bold or go home. :p

I've only been using this app for a few days, but it works really well and has made putting products in and out of sale very easy and quick to do. This has saved me hours of work for our boxing day sale.

Product Discount saved me a lot of time during the holiday season and it's worth the cost. I like that this is a one time payment product. It's pricey but worth it. So far I've been happy with Bold products and the customer service that I've received. They have a great knowledge base with videos and directions and a good customer service team. At first glance I thought it was a good app, however it conflicts with Shopify's own Google shopping app. It creates a double sale that has to be removed by Bold support. They were happy to rectify this until they identified that the cause of the problem is a conflict between the two apps, they have advised me that they will not continue to do so going forward. I have requested my money back however due to the fact I have had this product for 7 months they have declined and stated that they are unable to inform customers of incompatibility's. their app has even with Shopify's own apps. I will avoid using this company in the future.

Suddenly app does NOT create any discount no more, and I get no assistance from Boldapps. Don't waste your money with it, when it works it's all perfect, but when it gets some issues, Boldapps will let you alone,

It's super easy to set up and the support is great. Time = money and this app will save you both in the long run.

I recently purchased this app so I’m learning how to use the software. That said, the support and responsiveness have been great. Bold is open to user feedback and values a positive user experience which means customer satisfaction is a top priority for them. My experience with them thus far has been that Bold is flexible in working with customers and not married to a rigid rule book. As I move forward I’m happy to continue sharing my experience. Also, one other nice thing is Bold has both good training videos and a support team willing to help out on any areas where you may get stuck. I hope this review helps anyone looking to use Bold apps.

Yes, that rating is right! 5-stars for a reason! Look at everyone's review we all aren't wrong, This company knows how to create apps, and create ones that fill void other apps just don't. If the app working exactly like they describe to us, I mean perfect, they are just an email away 24/7. They are all very knowledgeable with all their products, I know cause I email them a lot at all different times. Putting the cherry on top, Bold will sometimes go out of their way and help you with your store, ads, or whatever else it might be. You can honestly tell they care. Oh yeah, can't forget how I got this app in the first place, they run a contest with the prize being a subscription to an app of theirs. At first, I was uneasy and didn't really trust anybody behind the apps that weren't Shopify made, but Bold Apps changed all that and I would download anything of theirs if I needed it. Ps. Great app and great supportstaff!

Don't waste your money with this app. I wish I hadn't. It doesn't work like they say it will and it's nearly impossible to get help once it's paid for and installed. Many of my items were discounted more than I put in, and right now I set the time for a sale to start incorrectly and it will not let me turn it off or change it no matter what I do. NOT HAPPY with this app & strongly suggest that others DO NOT BUY IT!!!!!!!

I just purchased the app yesterday so have not had a chance to try it out, but I did want to say how impressed I am with their support team. I had a few initial questions & needed some help with the install and they got back to me asap and assisted me with everything that I needed.
