I do dropshipping since 2 years. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS APP ! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT WORKING AT ALL AND IT HAS MESSED MY STORE UP ! NOT HAPPY WITH THIS AT ALL !!!!

Its useful, saves us from manually adjusting sales prices. Wish it could create a sale with multiple discounts for different products. Life is never so simple

I have had the Bold Discount app for several years and love how easy it is to set up new promotions. The support via live chat is excellent and Kelsey deserves a special shout out for going above and beyond to help with a snippet code installation for the countdown timer. Highly recommend!

Great App, working well and fantastic helpful support team!! They have installed code again without any charges when I replaced my theme. I recommend to everyone.

The app works well, but the company does not allow for a development instance without paying for it on top of your production instance. If they changed that policy to match most other vendors I'd give them more stars...

Somehow it bugged out all the prices in my store. It took my old prices and didn't save the new ones. Please be careful when using this app.

Finally an app that shows the previous price and auto applies a discount without having to use codes!!!! Seriously been looking forever! Well worth it. Great customer service as Art and Rahm set everything up for me because I do not know what I'm doing. Awesome company!

This is the best app they have at Bold. Especially for the big sales like Black Friday. Can't say enough about the customer service at this company, too. James Bartlett and Rob Payjack went above and beyond in making sure I had this running in time for Black Friday. We try to wow our customers at our store and that's exactly what they did for me. Great customer service on the normal tip, too! Fixed my install issue online while I waited.
