Using with Zapiet Store Pickup + Delivery-- we had a question on sorting by pick-up dates and times and customer support (Kritesh!) got back to us surprisingly fast with extremely clear and detailed instructions. We've yet to reach a dead-end with any functionality we've aimed for-- fantastic!

This app provides much more powerful reporting than the native Shopify functionality. They are also very helpful in generating custom reports to help parse your sales data. I'd recommend giving them a try.

The Better Reports app has made our whole team happy. This app has the highest ROI for the monthly cost. The customer support was incredible in helping set up a custom report for accounting. The ability to quickly & easily create custom reports for every area of our store is exactly what we were looking for.

Great app. There hasn't been a report that I haven't been able to run with Better Reports. I also prefer this to having to upgrade my Shopify plan to see a few more reports. Definitely would recommend it.

So easy and incredibly fast support! They got right back to me with a solution to come up with the report I needed.

Quick Response from their Customer Care Team and can pretty much create any report you may need if Shopify lets them have the API! I find using Better Reports very easy!

I have been using this app for only two days, comparing it to another top-rated report app. The response of their customer service is not only timely, but their explanations, along with screenshots and step-by-step instruction is exceptional. I am so impressed with the team and their support! In addition, the reports are easy to read, setup, and schedule, and I haven't found anything that the customization fails to do. Great app, help us alot with our accounting. So many features to explore. Easily one of my favorite app.

This app makes reporting out of Shopify possible, and intuitive. Anything beyond basic analytics is extremely difficult to pull natively out of Shopify. With Better Reports and its easy to use drag and drop style interface, we can pull all the data we need to run meaningful analysis on our store. We've run into a few snags, but support was very helpful in modifying our reports and even adding in some custom fields.

amazing, easy to use and layout, it pulls tons of data. we use to to sync to google sheets and have an entire automated workflow setup based on that single report that saves us approxmiately 10 man hours a week. and we have just started to scratch the surface of its functionality. UPDATE: this product gets better and better. we needed some custom reports and the team made them in a few hours - automated them to google sheets for our financial guy and boom - probably another 5 hours per week saved.
