Better Reports generates great reports that Shopify is just lacking in. Really great and speedy customer support too!

We run our company off analytics, we run and analyze reports daily, weekly, and monthly. There were a lot of reporting we needed that weren't able to be ran in Shopify analytics. Not only does this application have the reports we've been longing for, but there's we can automate and schedule reports to be ran down to the day and time it is ran which saves our team a ton of time.

Best reports app out there. first, you can schedule report, which save lots of time. i need the same reports every week, so i have created them in 'better report' and i schedule to get them on a weekly basis. second, great support, always received an answer quickly (often in less than an hour) and their team created new element i needed when they were not there. so flexible and efficient.

Very helpful and great response from backoffice on questions. Needed to see the percentage of returns in products and they fixed quite quickly.

I use this app to handle all of my reporting and analytics. It is much more granuar than Shopify. would love to see more data visualization options like with looker

I absolutely love this app. I haven't even dived into a third of what this app can do, report wise, and its already made my life so much easier. The information it gathers for you in a quick snapshot is so helpful. I've mainly been using this to help me gather my tax collected and that is literally just 1 of the 30+ reports it can run. Amazing customer service!! ...which is a major plus when dealing with financial reports. Their response is always very quick. And not to mention their reports can literally do any combination of reporting that you need to pull. They are always happy to help you create the reports you need if you're not able to do it on your own. Love them!

I love Better Reports customer service! When I need help customizing a report, not only do they create it for me and will help modify so that it is pulling the exact information I need, they also send a video of how to do it so I know for next time. Fantastic customer service!
