Best app in Shopify hands down. What sets this app apart from the rest is the level of support you get from the developers. There hasn't been one custom request that they have not been able to customize for me. If you are in need for in-depth reports or something more than the built in Shopify reports dont hesitate to get this app. THANK YOU!!

Better Reports turns what is a good POS system from Shopify into a GREAT POS system. Without it we would not have access to the kind of detailed reports that we need to run our retail business. The support is also second to none!

Absolutely perfect!! And amazing, quick customer service. I had a fairly complicated custom report that I needed to create and they took care of it within a matter of just a few hours after receiving my inquiry. Amazing! Love this app so much. It can literally provide you with any report that you need.

We use this app on our Japan store. This app allowed us to have the flexibility to sell in Yen, but have a second custom field show the USD cost of the items. We were able to get the exact reporting we wanted to show our sales. Their support reps are quick to respond to inquiries and easy to work with. They are always able to help with customizations unless there is a limitation on the Shopify side. You won't be sorry if you use this app on your Shopify store.

I downloaded this app to provide detailed sales reporting, I was able to pull together a customised report (with help from the team!) and it's exactly what I was looking for. The team are quick and efficient in responding which is much appreciated.

Better Reports is providing our organization with significant value both in terms of analytics that go way beyond shopify's native reporting limitations and time saved by our staff who used to spend hours cobbling together KPIs and now can do it in minutes. Our business use of shopify plus is quite customized and sophisticated compared to the "out of the box" configuration and we needed a reporting app that can be similarly customized. The app support team is very accessible and willing to help customize more complex reports when needed, although the UI is fairly simple to learn for configuring our own saved reports. Overall this is a great investment offering immediate ROI by providing superior data visualization to drive strategy at a higher level, as well as enabling increased efficiencies.

We have had a great experience with Better Reports when we switched our POS over to Shopify they were a huge help in setting up our automated reports. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for more detailed reporting.

One of the best apps available and the customer servicer is always prompt. I really don't know how I went for so long without this app.

We use this app for several reporting needs across our company. As somebody with limited Excel experience, BetterReports makes creating an incredibly customized app a breeze. I've had the pleasure with working directly with their team (shoutout to Keanna) to create a custom filter for a report as well, which is going to save me a ton of time in the long run.

Great, quick support to make custom reports but even better, to at the same time show you how to do it yourself the next time.

App works amazing, saves a lot of time and frustration. It can be a little overwhelming but the support is amazing as well.

This App is easy to use, and pulls you all sorts of data. I specifically like the schedule function. This way I have a specific report waiting in my Inbox, ready for data tracking and/ or sharing.
