This app is so easy to install, doesn't have any chat limits, the designs of it is friendly and appealing, and the best way is free of charge at this moment, so I advise anyone to install it, you can live chat with your customers from your phone(they have an app on ios and android). I really can't believe I found an app like this.

This app is actually really really well made, especially to be completely free with no hidden charges. My only thing is that you can't translate the app text. You can choose from preset translations, but I want to be able to customize all text anywhere on the app. The other thing is that there is no real sync with Shopify data. You can't see what people have in their cart, you can't see order history, you can't do anything with the customer account or Shopify orders. All you can do is see what page they're on and what info they used to self-identify. If it wasn't for those 2 things, it would be the perfect app. But I'm going to uninstall it because I need the other features.

Wonderful app with fantastic customizations, very happy with it and super happy that it's free. The only thing missing is maybe a selection for translating to your own languages, an option to add "other" to the languages tab because for example Lithuanian is not an option. But still very happy.

Loved this app when I first installed it, but then came across an issue where I could not login. Had to use another chatbot for a bit, but Kyrie and the team fixed my issue and I am now able to use their app. It's such a great app and you can customize quite a lot and really make it your own. One of the best chat apps I've seen so far, and they offer it free which really helps smaller or startups like myself. Customer service is almost always around and a pleasure to speak with. This software works well, customer service is responsive and problems are solved accurately and efficiently, this software can do a lot and is worth a try, but there is one thing I would like to improve, the ability to see messages from customers and reply directly, at the moment it is only an online chat function, I hope it will be added soon.

Simple live chat widget that's easy to install & customise & also link to messenger, instagram & whatsapp. Also has an automated chatbot feature. Excellent customer service. Just installed but will play around with it more.

I like this app. It has a friendly interface and many features like quick responses, prepared for you. There is also the mobile app (notifications about chat are useful for me). This is a free app and it's a pleasure to use it.
