looks good but when i install their smartbot, they don't seem to integrate together which is a bad thing, we cannot have two chats on one website. the logic should be smartbot -> human livechat. seems don't have such option on this.

Impressive for 15 minutes till I realized that it would remain visible to users even when it was not attended. We know from A/B testing this is a killer on Mobile for us, so had to uninstall because they said turning it off was not a feature. That warrants 4 starts. Giving this 3 stars because it remains on my site even AFTER being uninstalled. Such a waste of time chasing down how to finally get it off.

This app looks complicated but very intuitive. And i can feel they are very committed and ambitious. I am doubting will they keep maintaining this big project.

One annoying feature is that the chat by default sents initial message to customer when he visits a page. Turning it off, so they don't have notification that automatic message was sent would be perfect.
