This app brings the most revenue to our company. It's that simple. I can go on and on about how easy it is to use, and customize, but at the end of the day, we capture more sales and revenue with this app than any other. It's an absolute must have !!!!!

This app is exactly what I was looking for. Easily the most useful app in my Shopify store! App was easy to install, and support was super quick to help me customize it exactly to my specifications! It's very user-friendly, integrates with my newsletter list and emails the customers when we're back in stock. This is the perfect back in stock app in my opinion.

Probably the most important app i run on my shop. Generates excellent revenue and we use text on the product page to encourage people to click their size to leave a notification which really works, and also we use the data provided of number of unsent sign-ups when we're reordering stock to ensure we order volume in the most popular sizes. Great support also.

So far this app has been worth every dollar, both in the time I save in customer follow up and in the sales it has generated. As long as you make a point to promote the feature for your business I would think you could increase your conversions with very minimal effort by using this application.

Pretty good, does what it says :) my only feedback for a perfect app would be to be able to have more options to customize the email (colors, pictures, gifs) without code. And also I had to change the language of the display in my theme with a programer . But don't get me wrong, it is indeed pretty good.

Great App, definitely the best in its category. It allows for complete customization of notifications and frontend options. We specially value that the notification e-mails make it to most inboxes in comparison with other similar apps which don't. Plus, customer service is outstanding.

Back in Stock is a phenomenal app—super easy to set up and user friendly! It's a great way to market product that is sold out by having customers waitlist /sign up for restock. The moment we installed this app in our shop it helped us to grab customers and leads for sold out products. This makes it so much easier to track good-selling products, analyze variant requests and do re-orders. It honestly paid itself in the first few days of running

I'm impressed! I'm fairly early in the process, however, I had an issue with the "Email When Available" button not aligning properly with my existing "Sold Out" button on my theme. I reached out to the developer, explained the problem and provided some screenshots of the issue. It got resolved in a very timely manner! I have no doubts that they would help out if I run into any other issues! :-)

Despite being a free user, they helped super quickly resolve an issue! The interface is also easy to use and quick. Thanks everyone!

Have been using Back In Stock for a number of years. Works great and backed by excellent customer service. Would recommend. Has definitely helped re-capture sales that could have been lost due to out of stock.

Been using the app for around 1 year and the app works and looks great with our theme (Prestige). Never had any problems and the support have been great when I have had some questions. This is simply a "must have" for us! So I have no problem to highly recommend this app!

I've been using this app for a few months now and weighing all factors (support, integration, ease of use, features, price) it is absolutely the BEST app I have in my store.... These people go out of your way to ensure you're getting value out of their app and that seems more and more rare nowadays. It functions FLAWLESSLY improves the user experience of my store as it offers a useful feature AND it increases conversions because it automates a task that is a pure money maker. I can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review tbh. It knocked my socks off the first month of using it.
