Had some runaround getting support from them - I only got automated replies that did not answer my questions for a whole week. But eventually got help from a human and they solved my problems.

I had a few issues with their ticketing process - however its been resolved and Andy managed to resolve my problems really quickly.

Andy (From Ordersify) was really helpful in making everything work just the way we wanted it. We use it for the 'Back in stock' and 'Pre-order' buttons. As described above, we did need a bit of help to get it to work, but we are really happy with the result :-) Thank you!!

The app is super helpful. Had some issues with support to start with but was fixed in a timely fashion. Getting emails when my inventory drops below a certain level is excellent

Brilliant App We love it is super helpful for us to keep track of everything! Especially with such a large CatLog of products!

It's alot easier for us to keep in contact with those customers that are wanting our products that are out of stock. We've been able to secure their purchase quicker before they move onto somewhere else.

Super helpful customer support. Thank you Andy. They did edits while on the chat which is always appreciated! Do note you will most likely need a few edits done by them to get everything looking perfect on individual websites. But they did it with absolute ease. I do wish the email template options were broader, and easier to edit without needing CSS/ Liquid skills. The current one feels very much inline with Shopify's notification emails, which in my opinion are very basic. A couple of already designed layouts would go a super long way for those who can't design them in code.

So far the app works really well to add the functionality of having back-in-stock notifications on a shop. Some things require the app team to code in for you but their support is great and pretty fast.

The best app to set back in stock notifications. Large personalization options, well-designed, intuitive. The customer support is wonderful! They solve all problems quickly. I recommend it, it's the best app on Shopify!

Nous avons installé cette application depuis maintenant quelques mois et nous sommes globalement satisfait de son fonctionnement. L'interface est pratique et intuitive. Les équipes de développeurs sont très réactives en ce qui concerne les améliorations réalisables sur l'application.

Just installed the app on my store and it works great! The customer service at the Ordersify team is quick and helpful.

The app is really helpful but the support is slow and sometimes does not react, closes cases which are not solved etc. Nevertheless we keep the app and hope, support will get better in the near future. / Update: Still a good app, supports still closes cases unanswered. We move on now.
