So far, so good. Support has been quick to respond. I still have a few things to figure out, but my fingers are crossed for a good result.

I just installed the app on my Store and it works perfectly! The costumer service is very competent and friendly and they helped me addapting the app for my Shopify Theme. They also have a simple and nice template for the automation e-mails, and the app is very easy to use. I recommend it.

Great support. Very fast in replying to any queries or problems. This is the best tool for back in stock I have found on the Shopify store.

I have been using the app for quite a while now, but every time I try to reach them out, they either don't respond at all or respond back after ages. Looking for other apps for now.!

Thanks S for your perfect service and support. I think it's the best support i have ever experience when it comes to app integration. Very impressive!! Updated 1: It was all good until recently when I contacted them for an issue. I didn't know what happened but the service quality is extremely disappointed. Took 2-3 day to reply and told me it was fixed with out further detail. Updated 2: I finally got reply... The issue might be caused by other app, so i have changed the review rating again.

I had a question and the response time was amazing and quick. Very helpful staff as they took care of my needs immediately.
