The app was eventually working great, just as it was described. Initially it was a bit complicated with the settings, however everything worked out fine with the help of the support desk. I received great support from Jennie and developer Nguyen Van Huan who quickly checked any issues and solved all my problems. We were eventually so satisfied, that we decided to purchase a paid subscription, so we could get access to all the features (B2B/Wholesale Solution).

This app is awesome and works perfectly on my store. This fulfill my need of hiding specific content form some users.

Their customer support lead Jonas is impeccable. Very communicative and kept us updated on a complicated issue we had with the app. Their programmer Nguyen Van Huan went above and beyond; and even improved our passcode webpage layout. We are using the Force Login App for our B2B and it works like a charm. We needed some helping setting it up, but Joy was a delight to work with and thanks to the developers Cao Xuan Cuong, Nguyen Mida and MinhTri solutions we always offered within 24 hours.

We received a great support from June Nguyen who was very responsive and efficient, with the help of their dev Tien Hoang Van we were able to test and implement the app very fast. The small problems we encountered were also fixed instantly.

This app was just what I needed. A big thanks to Jolie Nguyen and developer Cao Xuan Cuong for their help. I was able to set up my passcode but needed help with the Passcode Form Style - as some elements didn't suit my layout. They replied to my request so quickly and fixed it up in no time. Now it look great and fits in with my website perfectly. Highly recommend this app. I will definitely be in touch if there are questions or problems in the future. Thank you, and Happy New Year!

5 stars for the app and 5 starts for Joy Nguyen and Nguyen Van Huan - my first time setting up a webshop and it's for a wholesale company, needed to create a way in which customer's can't just see the pricing - they need to register first. Super easy to set up and implement on the store, free plan available unlike if you want the same feature from shopify direct. I had an issue with there being a "create account" part, which gave access straight away - I contacted BSS Commerce and Joy came back to me so quickly, in less than a day the problem was resolved by Joy and the developer Nguyen Van Huan and there is no longer a "create account" option - thank you so much Joy and Nguyen for all of your support, look forward to working with you guys longterm :)

B2B Lock has been a great addition to our Shopify store and has allowed us to create a unique experience for our wholesale customers. The support team has been fantastic. Joy and Cao Xuan Cuong went above and beyond to identify/update a conflicting piece of liquid code that we created, that allowed our site to run the app properly.

Customer service is very fast and nice in helping you out! The functions of this app seem to work great and it is easy to use. My only rating drop is due to the price for hiding pages and products. The rate is a bit higher than other apps that I use that provide the same function. The price hiding and login force are at a good price especially for the excellent service. Tech team was very helpful and nice.

This app does exactly what it promises, the pricing plans are great: It is very intuitive i simple to use, I needed it to lock certain products and pages with passcode. This app has been great for our wholesale website. We were able to lock the site and only allow registered customers to login. And we were able to hide pages easily. We needed some help to customize the login page and June Nguyen and Nguyen Van Huan were quick to help solve our problem! I highly recommend them for good app and great support!

There were integration problems due to my chosen theme but the support took care of it quickly and competently and got it running!

We recently subscribed B2B but fell short of our expectations. So we ended up opening a support ticket and B2B support engineers, Jonas and Nguyen Van Huan were promptly helped us to resolve the issues. Because of superb support services, we are now keeping the B2B as one of our critical app for our Shopify website. We used the passcode to expose checkout button and it works like a charm! The theme we purchased had some troubles updating the form and button styles, but I emailed customer service and Joy got back to me in less than a day, and the developer Nguyen Dinh Khanh updated the apps styles for our store lightening quick! We couldn't be happier and will probably experiment with some of the other features in this app once we're done with the current password test. Thanks!
